Did the Mar-a-Lago documents case just fall apart?

There's no legal difference between "classified" and "top secret". But, since you bring it up, Biden possessed SCI documents. That's the highest classification level in our government. It's above top secret.

 

NARA said there were 95 documents located at MAL. The FBI "found" exactly 95 documents.

And Trump did declassify the documents before he left office... a signed copy sits in the federal register. It seems they were left in custody of the FBI for redactions and they disappeared after the FBI got them...... Remember... a missing 10-inch-thick binder of raw Russian intelligence "binder".....
