Then maybe she should have taken the school's moral code more seriously, not to mention that there is absolutely no excuse to have an unwanted pregnancy in this day and age.

Its God's job to forgive sins. Its a Christians job to live at a higher moral standard then the rest of this debaucherous world.

Children see everything that adults do around them. They certainly know "Miss Smith" isn't married and they are certainly going to notice her being pregnant!! They learn very early what is moral and what isn't. If the school and parents do not hold up a standard, children are not able to develop a correct moral code. Life is hard enough and confusing enough to rubber stamp bad behavior in the institution that is supposed to be encouraging good behavior. There is nothing wrong with standing up for what is right. Whether people want to admit is or not, a person's character doesn't change when the walk through their employer's doorway. If a person lacks moral conviction outside of work, they are certainly going to lack it at work as well. A private Org certainly has the right and the responsibility to enforce and seek out people the reflect their org. Morals and ideals. If you sent your kid to a school for atheist and one of the teachers brought a bible to school everyday, that school has the right to fire them.

I find it quite pathetic when non-Christians quote some of the bible to further their cause. What about the rest: John 3 18-20 or how about Rom 6:23. The bible not only requires compassion but demands a certain standard of living right. It doesn't beat around the bush in regard to the penalties for living a debaucherous life style.

Yes there is nothing wrong with standing up for what's right, which is why I'm on here disagreeing with the schools decision and pointing how how evil it is. How can people be 'good and moral' if they throw out women for being pregnant without being married? If that's morality then I'll gladly be considered immoral any day of the week.

Even my strict catholic school taught me that judgements are up to god. The nun that theached me used to punish us for judging others.

Wasn't a judgement on her part required to do that? Don't you find double standards annoying?

So when Jesus said this "Mat 7:20" he was only kidding? How are we to know what kind of fruit is being produced if we don't make a judgement? A christian isn't called to judge people, but we are called to judge actions.
