http://www.theblaze.com/stories/fac...photos-of-baby-born-with-severe-birth-defect/ So precious. Little guys like this will not live long but I'm glad he received the love from mom and dad and family. He lived 8 hours. So precious.
how sad, FB should of allowed them imo, they are hard pictures to digest, but like the mom said, if friends want to look it's up to them, if not... change the channel, the doctors knew at 16 weeks this was gonna be the outcome, all the prayers in the world sadly could not change that, prayers that his next life is a healthier one
Well that's ridiculous, what possible justification is there to take down that photo and ban the user for posting it? Stupid facebook.
It seems, judging from that article, that nobody (the family or the "journalist") bothered to ask them. It certainly seems like the wrong decision on the face of it but they deserve a right of reply.
I feel so sorry for this family ,and as far as facebook well its time for another Dotcom bubble to be burst,Z(*)(*)(*)(*)erburg is so yesterday! $38 a share ,a billionaire well he can throw a million or two to say sorry! What an animal .Facebook the Advertising agency can evaporate just as qfickly as it grew ,thats what an idiot like Z(*)(*)(*)(*)erbfrg will soon fnderstand ,what an animal then again all capitialists are ! Apologies for the bad spell "F"in Mr Z*uckerbfrgs name was accidental ,here lets try again Zfckerburg, must be something wrong with the F on my keyboard ,hit U and get F jfst started .gee its off to the service cetre tommorow.
I can understand why FB would not want the pics posted but I think they should have allowed the woman to leave them up. But Facebook is a private company and if the woman liked she could join another network or send the pics through the email or at least is the standard laissez faire argument. Images such as that are upsetting to view. Though surely they could have kept the pics on a private view? Frankly I do not understand why she wished to post pics of the child with no hat, a baby in my family was born anencephalic and the hat stayed on right through its short life and for all photos and the funeral afterwards. I don't believe the mother wanted to remember her baby like that.
We all have our own way dealing with grief, and this family has every right to honor their precious baby. Censoring such is saddening, to say the least.
As the article pointed out many images such as underage teens half naked litter facebook. How pictures of a baby can be seen as obscene is beyond me. Hopefully the decision on facebooks part was made in error, and they didn't intend to cause further injury to a family that was in morning over the loss of their baby.
