I kinda liked "Just Cause 2". The concept was developed by some ex-CIA thug or some army operative who trained Afgani units and subsequently developed a post-traumatic stress disorder. So he gets this fantasy of winding up on ideal islands called Panau. I guess it's a corruption of Panama and Palau, since they did not want to offend either one directly. But his ideal island fantasy constantly gets interrupted by the haunting flashbacks he's having. I guess the original purpose of the game was to serve as an anti-thesis to Grand Theft Auto, but in the end they just wind up dissing everyone.
