The informatin you are providing is as wrong as it can be other than the questionable refunds issued over the past 3 years for both EITC and ACTC.

Again, for EITC, no ITIN or invalid SSN will allow the EITC to be issued. This is programmed in the IRS computers in Martinsburg WV. For ACTC, the issue may have to do with SE Income. Some of it may be questionable, which is what TIGTA was referring to. But the bigger quwestion is how do you verify income in a cash based buisness with no information return, like 1099-MISC.

Again, stop with the illegal tax advice. You have no clue what the hell you are talking about. Your info is aboutr 35 years too old. Not today.

Spainards and Mexicans are pretty much the same in terms of culture. Where do you think Mexicans got ttheir culture? From Spain.

The Blog was for the ACTC not EITC. Two seperate credits under two seperate code sections.

    .

Mexico was the territory of Indians of various kinds LONG before any Spaniards showed up --- as if that makes any difference on this issue.

So are Mexicans just Spaniards in disguise? No matter how you answer, it shows the ignorance of your comment.

Illegal immigration's impact on wages is minimul. It impact the most on minimuim wage or least value wages in the service industry. It does not, however, impact wages in professional careers, government, or manufactue industry wages.

Mayans has not eisted as a people or a country for a couple of centuries. You can thank the Spanairds for that.

YOu have just demostrated how much you do not know culture.

    - - - Updated - - -

Mexicans, by definition, are cross between Spanish and Indian. Thus, Spanish is a common denominator to both countries.

Did address the question. You simply either ignored "facts and circumstances" or refusee to accept that answer. Either way, that is not my problem, that is yours.

Now we know the game plan per Obama's DHS Secretary. First the kids - then the entire family follows.

"When we turn over a child to HHS, HHS acts in the best interest of the child which very often means reuniting that child with the parent in the United States. That's what the law requires. "

A couple of thousand cases a year, almost all among the immigrants themselves? Why is that a big enough issue to affect the immigration debate?

A certain percentage of any population will be carrying a disease. Heck, we get several hundred cases a year of measles because of idiots failing to vaccinate their kids.

The difference in your chance of catching a given disease due to illegal immigration is nearly zero.

This is what race-based appeals do: take normal human statistical distributions, blow them out of proportion, and try to use that to paint a particular group as a threat.

The illegal invasion from mexico is race based.

White and black and asian Americans did not tell these immigration cheats to come here.

They are generally Hispanic, true, because the countries south of us are heavily Hispanic.

How is that relevant to the immigration debate?

All it takes is one guy coughing his TB into your face and you'll see why.

I never thought I'd have to
convince someone that unchecked diseases like TB and leprosy (for God's sake) need to be interdicted. But political duplicity trumps public safety for some, it seems.

This source was fully vaccinated. http://news.sciencemag.org/health/2...ak-traced-fully-vaccinated-patient-first-time
The notion that we haven't totally eradicated ALL disease in this country (despite getting disease control right most of the time) doesn't seem to me
to be a green light for letting unchecked illegal immigration introduce unchecked disease within our borders on top of what we already
    have to deal with.

If there is ANY chance of someone contracting leprosy or tuberculosis because Obama refuses to seal the border that chance is too high.

This is what race based apologists do: put the health and well being of the American population (that's all the races included within our nation, by the way) behind their political agenda to see our borders opened up wide.
Is the Center for Disease Control a racist organization? That seems to be what your are charging and it says so much about your agenda.

They aren't "unchecked." They are treated. All I'm saying is the problem isn't big enough to seriously impact the immigration debate.

Again, you take the exception, and act as if it's representative. Does everyone react identically to the measles vaccine? Nope. Does having the vaccine greatly reduce your chances of getting the disease? Yep.

And if it makes National attention does it garner fewer small problems?
