If they are required to submit their sermons, THAT is the violation of free speech. If they want to hear the sermon, they should attend the service.

And rather than attempt to comment on the premise of not needing a liberal based speech to be submitted, you would rather deflect than provide any insight to the hypothetical. A LW thingy.

It is the preachers job to preach about sin to educate the members of his church or anyone who wants to know. A person when they become a public official can be fair game.
