Like JFK's "yong and brightest" ? :roflol:

Think about it the next time you look at the 58,000 names on the that "Wall."

Thank you for your service ... however that is not the sort of education that makes you a Constitutional scholar.

The Wall is a tribute to our young men who were sent into yet another stupid war...

Its still The Socialist Republic of Vietnam.......

Sent to war by Harvard grads then the political party that sent them to war backed stabbed them while they were still on the battlefield.

BTW: You're about 46 years to late for that "thank you."

If you check out many of the military forums and blogs, veterans, especially Vietnam vets are getting a little tired of all of the feel good thank yous that we have been hearing for the past 25 years. Most of us served because it was expected that we served, it was duty to country.

I was always for the soldiers, but opposed to the war.. I remember well.. it was tragic compounding blunder upon error. We lost too many brave boys. But, the issue is constitutional scholarship.

    You should regroup.

If you didn't support the war effort, you weren't supporting the American soldier. There are ways to oppose a government decision to go to war but doing it on the streets is back stabbing your peers who are on the battlefield.

We should have never got involved with the Diem regime in South Vietnam. President Esienhower warned JFK more than a few times not too. But JFK and his Harvard buddies (the young and brightest) he surrounded himself with thought they were smarter than their elders or anyone who didn't graduate from Harvard.

Then you have LBJ who thought he was a five star general and micromanaged the war in Southeast Asia. The war could have been won and ended by 1966 if LBJ would have let the generals run the war, not civilians from 10,000 miles away.

A few years ago I came to the decision that I will never again vote for someone for public office who has ever attended Harvard. These Harvard grads think they know it all but they never been there or done that.

Didn't G.W. Bush attend Harvard ? Correct me if I'm wrong but I think he did.

There's another Harvard grad who failed to listen to his elders. Bush ignored the Weinberger Doctrine and the Powell Doctrine which is just a copy and paste of the Weinberger Doctrine but Powell added a little more to it.

I wasn't a big supporter for putting troops on the ground in Iraq to remove Saddam from power, I knew we couldn't fulfill the Powell Doctrine with Clinton's military and believed there was a better way to accomplish regime change in Iraq. But as soon as the first American soldier and Marine crossed the border into Iraq I had to support the war knowing personally what it's like when your peers back home aren't 100% behind the cause.

Quit demonizing he messenger because you do not like the message.

Since when is "forcing ones religious beliefs on others through violence" characteristic of someone who is "not" a religious fanatic ?

That's what JFK and his "young and brightest" Harvard grad buddies said before they got us involved in a shooting war in Southeast Asia.

    It's not.

But you asked a question and I gave you the answer

The topic isn't about the birthers but if Ted Cruz is a natural born citizen under the intent of the Constitution.

No it wasn't. The Hillary klan are already saying that Ted Cruz isn't a natural born citizen.

They have a legitimate argument just like when Hillary's supporters brought up Obama's citizenship back in 2008.

    Link?

I already showed you where birthers got their start. It was the right wing rag free republic.

Your confused and are using one blog to make the claim, while every other source points it's fingers at Hillary and her supporters.

When somoene ask a question, it's exactly that a question. Different than making a claim that something is a fact.

Asking a question isn't stupid. Only stupid people don't ask questions and remain being stupid.

Which Ive refuted. You can't find a single reference predating the post on free republic.

Birthers are stupid. They keep asking the same question over and over after being proven wrong.

Tell you what, why not post the actual "Free Republic" post that the blogger is referring too ? Don't forget the "Free Republic" link.

I'm more concerned why Obama in 2008 never once stood up in public without using a teleprompter and told the American people "I was born in Hawaii."

He never did, only his minions made the claim.

Now is there anyone in the world who remembers the day they were brought into the world ? No.

Someone tells you when you were born and where and they give you a piece of paper that says the same and you take it for granted to be the truth.

May be Obama was questioning if he was really born in Hawaii just like Saddam Hussein was questioning himself in 2003 and wondering if he did still have WMD's. As Saddam said to the FBI when being debriefed after his capture that British intelligence was so good he started thinking he might have over missed some WMD's and they weren't destroyed. It's all here. -> http://www2.gwu.edu/~nsarchiv/NSAEBB/NSAEBB279/

Obama spent over a million dollars in legal fees fighting the release of his long form birth certificate, WHY ???

Probably because Obama's a community organizer. Community organizers agitate and divide. Every thing with Obama is political. Keep the birther movement going for his own political gain no matter if it's hurting and dividing the country. It will help get him reelected when he does produce just before the 2012 elections what the birthers have been asking for for five years.

Why didn't Obama just produce the long form certificate back in 2008 when Hillary's supporters were asking to see it ? See above.

What year was that, 2008 after Hillary's supporters started questioning if Obama was born in Hawaii ?

By mid 2009 Obama was already established as being a liar, his word no longer means jack (*)(*)(*)(*).

Really? That would have made it all better?

Did you also demand that McCain stand up in public and say "I was born in Panama"?

    Even if true, so what?

Okay, now you've gone off the deep end.

I didn't but back during the 2000 GOP presidential primaries the issue was brought up and answered. Remember, the same people who swift boated Kerry with the truth back in 2004 tried doing the same to McCain in 2000. McCain released all of his SRB to be looked at. So did G.W. Bush but Kerry wouldn't, he only released what is public information, his DD 214.

Obama doesn't even have a DD 214 to release. :roflol:
