The point being is that how you are perceived within a community is the crucial factor in determining how safe or unsafe you feel, but since you feel it is more important for you to push your own bias, then I guess I don't give a damn about your experience either.

In a lot of working middle-class neighborhoods such as the one you describe most people would not feel unsafe. I believe that the poster I was engaging with was referring to lower-class neighborhoods and that he would feel safer in a white lower-class neighborhood than in a black lower-class neighborhood. My point was that perception would be dependent upon whether or not you are perceived as an outsider, and if you appear to be a race other than the norm for that neighborhood, you might draw or perceive a more negative reaction.

 

So conservatives are only accepting "life experiences" in arguments now? They do have the advantage of being a lot easier to make up, I guess.

I don't think its malicious. But there have already been enough issues with this particular family, that the association shouldn't have a problem booting them. The damage their guests did to the common grounds would be enough, plus their ignorance of parking rules. I'd be more suspicious of the families purposely not paying association fees, just accepting the lean on their homes when they want to sell. Watching these cheapskates drive in their BMWs while ignoring the $200 a month is scummy. They certainly have patience not being able to use any of the amenities and the guest entrance. Lol, you would have a point if the neighborhood was the same when I first moved into it and then blamed the current residents for it's condition today. But, it wasn't until the area was annexed by the city causing the property value to drop that it turned into a ghetto because it allowed the hood to move in. Now it is a dump that needs to be constantly patrolled by police. But then again that's what you can expect when a black democrat has his way.

The city doesnt have the money to fix the roads,, the city schools went bankrupt, The Mayor cut health benefits to current city employees and retired employees....But his cronies benefits were not hurt, he makes sure and gives himself a raise every year, his friends are awarded all the development contracts, and he made the city pay for his custom built $100,000 cadillac. Oh and our police force was trimmed down as well as the fire department.

So yeah, this city is what it is because of it's seriously corrupt leaders and the people that vote them in which are the same kind of people that turn good neighborhoods into ghettos. Hell even the good black people fled with the white flight lol. BTW, no this is not Detroit even though it is a spitting image.
