though you have yet to be charged for any crime, you shouldn't be able to own a gun OK so why should someone be able to run or serve as president if they also are under investigation?
You must be referring to Hillbilly? I cannot believe that anyone would vote for her. When I heard she was running, I thought for sure that it was going to be a short run. Never in a million years did I suspect the American people were SO stupid.
I just wrote an OP explaining it all. You're welcome. Titled: According to the SCOTUS, your possessions are NOT afforded civil rights, so......
if you've been indicted for a violent crime, you shouldn't be able to buy a gun until you've been found Not Guilty or the Judge says its ok.
Lucky for her she has cankles, or she would be in an ankle bracelet? Maybe she will listen to Trump, and disqualify herself. Oh, wait, she said radical Muslim.
Lol! She does have cankles. Cankles Clinton. But anyways, I don't like Trump either, but Hillary is very dishonest and shady at the very LEAST. I cannot believe that anyone would want her in charge of the US. - - - Updated - - - Indicted would be CHARGED wouldn't it? He said if you have YET to be charged with any crime. No comment about running for elected office though?
I have no idea what you are talking about. My rights include my rights to own firearms. or books, or crosses or crucifixes or posters of Che Guevera deal with it
and that is what the law is currently Ron. If you had ever actually filled out a form 4473 you would have known that since its one of the parts of question 11 (b-to be exact) https://www.atf.gov/file/61446/download
must be a newer form here is the one that is the same that I filled out this morning https://www.atf.gov/file/61446/download
Na its the same, I was thinking it was the 2nd one down. I've never even filled the thing out but I've been with a buddy when he's bought a few.
well its funny that you talk about asset forfeiture since that is an area of law I am expert at but it really has no relevance to this discussion and I think you know that. You can lose your right to own a firearm on mere probable cause (under indictment) but you cannot lose your property unless the government meets a burden of proof hire than mere probable cause
And you can lose your money for having it in your wallet. Got a screwdriver in you car, and your gun, burglar tools. But you don't even need the screwdriver. They can take anything, and you will have to fight to retrieve it, before it is gone permanently. Sure some states are worse. I had to fight a cop and judge corruption scheme. They invented a new law. Kamala Harris helped me ruin them. Aint like when America was great.
have you ever actually tried an asset forfeiture case? and so your solution to too much government control over people when it comes to forfeiture action is to advocate gun banning and gun confiscation? seems a bit hypocritical to me
under investigation for a violent crime, like terrorism.... investigation for using private email... lol, you must be kidding .
Again, I am prosecond, proconcealed. I scold gun enthusiasts so they don't get MY gun taken. - - - Updated - - - Had a friend. Drove to the mountains. One pot seed. They were going to take the car. Then they ran the bluebook. The cop said, another few hundred of worth, and the car would have been gone.
tell that to Scooter Libby - - - Updated - - - you sound like an old Alaskan proverb about eskimos being pursued by wolves on their sled. They would take the oldest and most frail member of their party and throw them off the sled, hoping the wolves would eat that victim and stop chasing the rest of them
OK fair enough. there are a few things under the GCA of 1968 that disqualify you without a finding beyond a reasonable doubt of guilt being a fugitive from justice (makes sense-you get indicted and you run from the law), you have renounced your citizenship, you are in this country illegally (though not yet convicted) and you are under indictment or named in an information (an information usually results when say a target in a federal investigation is informed that the US attorney plans on taking his case to the grand jury and from that an indictment will be issued but the target is given the choice of pleading guilty to an information which is signed by the US attorney or his subordinate rather than issued by the grand jury_)
Except if they can do that, you also lose your right to a trial. Congratulations for just giving the government the right to put you in jail for life based on suspicion. Since you like to try and incite nuclear war, you might want to think about your support for that.
They would eat the steak and throw the frail guy under the bus, to the Wolves !!! Like the old lady that complained when I fed My Dog expensive beef steaks, probably because I did not offer her any, Anywho, she passed away some time ago, and Doggy is still going strong at 10 years old........Still eating beef.
