    What a great testament to the owner. You're right; few people will ever really understand her absolute commitment to finding a balance between free expression and civil discourse, and how much that vision drives what we try to do. It's a tough compromise, but she never gives up on it. And to the extent that we succeed, it will be because we believed in that vision.

    And yeah, in the end it really all comes down to the members who believe in that vision enough to invest themselves in the community she is trying to build. If it was just any message board, anyone could post here, and it wouldn't make any difference who they were. You could just swap 'em out with the members of any other board, and who'd know? But people here... they're different. We owe them everything. They're the ones who make this site. We owe them everything we can do to make this place what they want it to be.

    They Army changed our uniforms from those stupid ACU's to our current standard. The ACU's were such a dumb uniform. The only thing we would blend into was gravel.

    I think the changes are great. I've been through a lot of production rollouts in my career, and from an end-user standpoint, this one went off without a hitch. (Expecting a glitch free rollout is unrealistic.)

    Nicely done. Some of the new bells and whistles are very cool.

    Hello there- good to see that improvements are forthcoming. Meanwhile- is there any way to increase the density of the text in quoted material ? Is there any way to prevent material from being ' hidden ' unless specifically clicked to appear ? It's really difficult to follow threads when material is not evident.
