You are making **** up. Why would Eisenhower have any thing to do with the Muslim Brotherhood who fought under the swastika flag for Hitler killing allied troops during WW ll ? Muslim Brotherhood SS Handzar Division http://www.billionbibles.org/sharia/hitler-muslim-brotherhood.html
The Mufti arranged for Jews to go to Spain. The Zionist nixed it. Here's Eisenhower meeting with the MB.
Yes, it was.. Reagan also met with the MB.. Obama met with them when they were briefly a stabilizing force in Egypt post Mubarak. Every US president has met with them for one reason or another.
This must be the 100th time that someone has posted this nonsense all of which occurred Bush lied and was refuted by Hans Blix. Since I have already quoted the latter about a dozen times, I will not do so here and will allow you to either click on search or go to Google for more proof that Bush's treasonous lies that led to the needless deaths of thousands of Americans were refuted. Support Bush, support treason.
''America enabled radical Islam: How the CIA, George W. Bush and many others helped create ISIS We have tried to harness the power of radical Islam for our own interests for decades. ISIS is partially on America'' http://www.salon.com/2015/10/18/ame...ge_w_bush_and_many_others_helped_create_isis/ right wing hero traitor Bush is the principle financier of ISIS Of course, all real patriots know that. But, to the un-American right wing extremists this will never be politically correct to say.
There was no ISIS during the Bush (43) administration. On January of 2009 the Middle East wasn't a basket case as it became under the Obama administration and Al Qaeda was either in hiding in Northern Pakistan or had fled to Yemen and the Horn of Africa. Remember Obama's lies back in late 2011 and his reelection platform in 2012 that "Al Qaeda was being decimated and was on the run" ? It's true, Obama said that numerous of times, in fact he said it at a reelection campaign rally in Las Vegas one day after the Al Qaeda terrorist attack in Benghazi (9-11-12) The truth was Al Qaeda wasn't being decimated and yes they were on the run, running all over the Middle East and North Africa getting larger, more powerful, more dangerous and splitting into other factions like ISIS. When did this all start ? The Arab Spring. Who supported the Arab Spring ? A community organizer living in public housing at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
Yemen is just the latest proxy in the war between Sunni and Shia. It's been going on for over a thousand years now. We can't stop it and I don't see any particular reason why we should try.
It's more complicated than that. No more than the Gothic invasions of Rome are the same war as Barbarossa's invasion of Italy in the 12th century, is the current civil war in Yemen the same as the battle between Ali and the Caliph. You don't think that instability in the Arabian peninsula is a problem for the US?
ISIS was alive and well during traitor Bush's regime as I have already proven with previous links. They thrived and became a bigger menace to the West thanks to him and his treason. You condemned Obama for saying they were on the run? The truth is that he has done more to defeat them than did your right wing hero whose triumphal declaration "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED" is the most laughable lie in history.
How so? I don't even know what the Hell that means. I didn't say anything about the "battle between Ali and the Caliph". I talked about the war between Sunni and Shia, which might have started out as a battle between Ali and the Caliph, but has changed beyond all recognition since then. But it's still alive and well. The Arabian Peninsula has been unstable ever since the Ottoman Empire collapsed. There is no sign that it's going to change anytime in the foreseeable future, either. Is this a problem for the US? Yes. Though not, I think, a particularly critical one. More importantly, does that necessarily mean we can, or should, try to "fix" it? No, absolutely not. I would have thought the object lesson of Iraq would have demonstrated that 15 years ago.
You have no rebuttal because the left wing wanted war way before there was a Bush President. Bush gave you what YOU wanted.
Are you crazy? You obviously have never studied a minute's worth of history... or geography. Iraq isn't on the Arabian peninsula.
Without a doubt; his 'Arab Spring' support was intended to weaken Egypt at the time, keeping the Sunni 'Brotherhood' busy in the most populous Arab state in the region. Destabilizing Egypt always helps Iran, and in any case Sunni and Shia have never had a problem working together against non-Muslims, even when in the midst of their wars with each other; it's very common throughout their history.
It's certainly a problem, just not so much what they do to each other internally. It;'s what they tend to export that causes the problems and their strategic location. they will destabilize eastern Africa, north Africa, western India, the southern tiers of the former Soviet states, the Balkans, Greece, everything around them. Then there are the trade routes and the Canal; these affect our trading partners, raw materials shipping, and in turn affects our economy and all kinds of assorted treaties and obligations. It isn't 500 A.D. any more, it's a much, much smaller world.
Also, what I posted vs. your opinion is: Facts and quotes from the left wing war drum, vs. your opinion
They were classified as Al Qaeda fighter and 20,000 Al Qaeda fighters were killed in Iraq during the Bush administration. Maybe you mean ISI (Islamic State in Iraq) ISIS = Islamic State in Iraq and Syria Sorry Margot2, there was no "JV Team" in Syria during the Bush administration. Obama's "JV Team" was a result of the Arab Spring that Obama supported 100 %.
It's an entirely different war. My point is that this isn't a continuation of some inevitable, automatic conflict. It is a particularly critical one. Destabilization of Saudi Arabia could potentially cost millions, even tens of millions, of lives.
No, but the only people who can end it are the Muslims themselves. They've been at it for over a millennia, with no end in sight. That sounds like a critical problem for Saudi Arabia, not necessarily for us. But, pretending for a moment that it is, exactly what do you propose to do about it?
