CORRUPT Mueller's Dirty band of scum prosecutors now stand publically and credibly accused of PETTIFOGGERY in a public court filing/

This last Feb, Dirty Bob Mueller brought the dramatic indictment against Russian actors allegedly responsible for interference in the 2016 presidential election. The Department of Justice has posted the indictment online here. Politico covered the indictment in a good story. The indictment charged three Russian companies and 13 Russian individuals with election related crimes.

Dirty Mueller's renegade prosecutors seem to have obtained the indictment to serve a public relations purpose, laying out the case for interference and lending a veneer of respectability to the Mueller Switch Project.

Eric Dubelier and Kate Seikaly of the Reed Smith firm — filed appearances in court on behalf of Concord Management and Consulting. See here.

Dirty Mueller seems shocked to discover that Concord could force prosecutors to turn over discovery about how the case was assembled as well as evidence that might undermine the prosecution’s theories, imagine that!

Concord has submitted discovery requests demanding information supporting the charges. The Special Counsel's Dirty prosecutors, becoming suddenly bashful, have asked United States District Judge Dabney Friedrich to put off the formal arraignment of Concord set for Wednesday.

Concord filed its response yesterday, see here.

“Concord voluntarily appeared through counsel as provided for in the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, and further intends to enter a plea of not guilty. Concord has not sought a limited appearance nor has it moved to quash the summons. As such, the briefing sought by the Special Counsel’s motion is pettifoggery.”

Dirty Mueller's Corrupt Prosecutors have failed to respond to Concord’s discovery requests. They don’t even acknowledge Concord has appeared in the case to contest the charges. Gerstein reports that Judge Friedrich “sided with Concord and said the arraignment will proceed as scheduled Wednesday afternoon.” Gerstein also reports that “Concord intends to assert its speedy trial rights, putting more pressure on the special counsel’s office to turn over records related to the case.”

The Dirty Mueller Switch Project is so distasteful that it is hard not to enjoy the prospect of Dirty Mueller having to deal with an actual adversary in court. Meanwhile, this is probably the first time in the history of litigation that a plaintiff (here, prosecutor) has told a court that it may not have obtained good service of process on a defendant that has appeared to defend the case on the merits. Mueller to Court: We didn’t really mean it, Judge! We had no idea they might actually show up!

    Talk about back-pedaling!

*Shakes head* And this was supposed to be the dude to catch the big, evil Donald Trump lol.
Facebook advertisements(even false ones), aren't attacks. The so-called special prosecutor isn't even trying to investigate the hacks. I know it must frustrate those who believed in the collusion theory, but Mueller has failed miserably in any reasonable fashion to have it stick in the Court room.

all you have to do is look at pizzagate and the like to know many idots out there falling for alternative facts

heck some Trump supporters think Trump won the popular vote

the fact is, Russia is having an impact, there is just no way to know for sure how many people were effected

most people that were con'd would never admit it, how many people believed the birther king, we know people were, but no way to know exactly how many were effected

Yeah, only the Left can read minds. They know exactly what Trump thinks and feels, they know how gun owners think. They know deep down how all conservatives think. Maybe you guys should check to see if your team is feeling just a bit scared that their secrets will be out in the open soon enough.

Oh, like who? Talk about alternate facts, you guys just make them up as you go along. You try to hide your lies behind generalities like "some". So, Russia is having an impact but no way to know how many people were affected? Sounds a lot like your climate change narrative. We know people are having an affect, we just don'y know how much. :roflol:

It looks like the corporation has made a partial appearance in order to obtain all the evidence against it. Russia wants to know what evidence Mueller has.

That is fair enough in a criminal trial. The accused is entitled to know the evidence against him. But this is really about Russia trying to peer into Mueller's investigation.

But - this seems to be a strategic application just for the purpose of seeing the evidence. I have not seen that the corporation has made an unconditional appearance in court - that it accepts the jurisdiction of the court. There is no suggestion that anyone from the corporation will ever appear in a NY courtroom.

Mueller undoubtedly wants to keep the evidence out of the hands of the Russians as long as possible, due to the ongoing investigation.

On one hand, maybe he should not have filed charges so early if he wanted to keep the evidence under wraps for now. On the other hand, I will wait to see how this all plays out. It would not surprise me if the court asks, at some point, whether the corporation is actually going to appear in court through one of its officers. I doubt that will happen.

I have to say that it does really surprise me that so many people are gleefully celebrating a procedural victory of Russians who tampered with the election, over a career FBI patriot.

More proof that Trumpers are anti-American.

lol, dude, what an absurd false choice if there's ever been one.

We have come to despise Mueller's inquisition, his (supported by the libs and MSM) coup attempt, his Stalinist methods of mid-night raids with guns drawn, blackmail by threatening family members and children, financial destruction. His lawless "investigation" of entire lives going back decades of everyone who ever met Trump with a sole purpose of blackmailing them is beyond disgusting.

It's a sad time in America that this is supported by leftist anti-American scum, hell-bent on overturning the result of a democratic election and the will of the American people, it's a sad day in America that it's up to Russian thugs to demonstrate in a court of law that Mueller has no clothes, that he has no case, that he is lying, cheating and indicting innocent people to save his own ass from utter humiliation and to carry on his personal political agenda and his personal vendetta.

I would imagine several simple task frustrate those that bought into the Russian collusion theory. you have to be dumber than a bag of hammers to believe that narrative.

    We'll see.

It was obviously a stunt on behalf of defendant's attorneys. Until they filed, it was not clear that the defendents would even try and answer the charge, since they hid behind extradition, as every Trumpster on this forum delighted in pointing out.

It wasn't a 'delight' to point it out, it was to show what an obvious farce it was. "Ooh look, I'mma indict them on facebook ads(and the case of identity theft which is really bad.). But by and large, it was to overstate the case. After such abuses by Kathleen Kane and Mosby, we're used to people like Mueller by now and the tactics that they use.

Someone has to speak against the Coup efforts. Now, if one finds reasonable high crimes and misdemeanors, then sure. But I think we'll all be best served by letting Trump serve his term, and run someone to be POTUS in 2020.

How am I talking on both sides of my mouth? Most of the charges were frivolous(save for the identity theft) and of course, Rosenstein went out of his way to say 'no one colluded'. Therefore, it was a farce, a spectacle. If one weren't interested in "getting to Trump", one would see what a farce it was/is. Trumpster or not(I'm not)

Mueller is having a bad week, for sure. Another court found his unwillingness to go forward in one case unacceptable, and refused his plea for a continuance. The wheels, well, watch them fall off.

And this, generally, is why you never put someone with such an atrocious track record in as your starter....

There is no coup. This is right wing paranoid fantasy nonsense, promoted by Trump and the losers around him in order to inoculate him with his base by portraying him as a victim.

If Trump is gone, Pence will be President.

Not much of a coup there. Just the government continuing to function.

But as a facist, I can understand how easy it is for you to buy into this clearly false narrative.

After all, facists don't believe in things like democracy, and the only rule of law they recognize is the whim of the dictator.
