That's the complete opposite of traditional US right wing political beliefs of smaller goverment, self reliance, less regulations, and shifting powers to the states. You are again talking about Liberal Conservatism, which is but one branch of political philosophy on the right of the spectrum in Anglo-American politics, and Fascism and Nazism are right wing but not the same as Liberal Conservatism at all. I would argue that you will probably see many of the Liberal Conservatives poached by Fascism in American politics as things get worse. But they are not the same, although both on the same side of the political spectrum. Just like Social Democrats and Communists are on the Left, although different in content and purpose.

The US right wing is far more diverse and complex than you are referring to here, Liberal Conservatives such as Libertarians and many other Conservatives in the Republican Party are but one element of Conservatism in America and although the largest are not the total basis for what is going on in America at the moment.

It's designed to put out burst of fire while point aiming into the "beaten zone" no further than a few hundred meters.

The AK-47 is chambered for a real assault rifle cartridge, the 7.62X39mm the closest comparable American hunting cartridge being the Winchester 30-30.
