Latter day Saints after reading the Book of Mormon also tend to have read The Book of Jasher, The Book of Enoch, The Book of Adam and Eve, The Catholic Apocrypha, near death experience accounts and a long list of other philosophical material that tends to make them some of the most interesting Christians to talk to that I ever had the pleasure to discuss Philosophy or Theology with. Perhaps it is due to having been persecuted... but Latter day Saints are extremely polite with Christians from other denominations who will at least carry on a sensible conversation with them knowing full well that Mormons have the Holy Spirit... and gifts of the Holy Spirit... just like I and many of my friends do.

I have a theory on how to invest two trillion USA petrodollars out of the DERIVATIVES market that I believe can begin the process of stabilization of the entire Derivatives market that C.I.A. economist Mr. Jim Rickards feels is vulnerable. I do believe that Mr. Rickards is correct, the market is vulnerable, but there seem to be a number of obvious ways to begin to stabilize it even though I have heard lectures stating that a back door was created to the Federal Reserve which led to there being somewhere around 117 trillion USA petrodollars in that market by the year 2014.

To my thinking the key is in the proposed "Republic of Western Canada."

A proposal for a new nation of course implies the creation of an entirely new national currency unit.

My suggestion is for you Mr. President to perhaps ask your Ambassador to Canada to ask the leader of the Alberta Independence Party Mr. Dave Bjorkman to give me, Dennis Tate, two more years to explain what to do with the other one hundred and fifteen trillion USA petrodollars so that the serious devaluation of the markets spoken of by Mr. Jim Rickards does NOT happen.

I believe that serious discussion of financing two thousand replicas of the massive sea water desalination facility in Israel nicknamed "Sorek" will begin to break millions of people out of the silly obsession with a Carbon Tax that would obviously be a colossal waste of money, talent, time and productive capabilities.

Another good investment would be to divert a second trillion into relocation of the two million White South Africans to Canada, Australia, the USA, Israel and to other democracies who are willing to accept them. We Canadians are in a special position to assist with this problem through films based on a series of reality, plus semi-reality science fiction films set in other time periods. The M. S. St. Louis saga of 1939 is an obvious situation that would perhaps apply for any 907 South African aspiring actors and actresses willing to tackle auditioning for the role of a Jewish refugee on the M. S St. Louis that was turned away from Halifax in spite of serious efforts to take them into Canada at that time.

Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick and P.E. are four of the provinces who seem to be in an obvious position to do something with this first since our fishermen who have ancestors who were fishing in 1939 could write up a proposal giving the names of their family who they think might have loved to meet the M. Dave.... Sir you nailed it........ I would love to be wrong but my off hand goal is to attempt to turn Alberta into Hollywood Northwest by getting Albertans involved in assisting President Trump and all sincere USA political leaders the help needed to keep the USA petrodollar strong and stable.

In my mind is the idea of expanding the film series "Heartland" that is now on Netflix all over Canada and the USA in order to produce a boom in real estate prices for land within a hundred miles of every USA and Canadian city.

I would so love to be wrong but I do believe that P. M. Justin Trudeau's political gambit to

I am trying my best to come up with a plan that will pay back all 430 billion that Alberta has invested

Alberta should also receive a fair rate of return on their investment in us and a potential financial crisis

Honorable Minister Maxime Bernier:

I am so impressed that you knew to focus on these by-elections and make a priority of them.

I am also impressed by the candidates that you and the local PPC, E.D.A's chose for those by elections.

I am interested in seeking the nomination for Central - Nova but I admit that I may have made statements too
controversial regarding the possibility of Alberta separating and forming a separate nation. I actually want so much for Alberta to remain part of Canada and for Canada to remain united but.........
unless Ottawa is reformed........ unless significant changes are made regarding how
Ottawa deals with the west then Alberta must be given their freedom to separate from
Canada if that is the only course of action that they believe will work.

All of us have some ability to psychologically profile somebody once we hear them speak for an hour. I've heard you and Mr. Dave Bjorkman for far more than an hour and I believe that if Mr. Dave Bjorkman were to give his word that he would not separate Alberta from Canada for two years.......... then I believe that he could use his influence to get Alberta Independence Party M. L.A.'s (assuming they will be elected) ..... .to agree with him and honour any agreement that they make with you and the PPC.

Mr. Bernier......... I have the impression that you Sir and Mr. Dave Bjorkman have the leadership abilities needed to keep Canada together!

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's political gambit to go extreme left during a time when the NDP appears vulnerable may be a strategy that might have worked under ordinary circumstances but his gambit has terribly backfired and Canada in 2019 is facing the possibility of being broken up.

Mr. Andrew Scheer was my #2 choice in the CPC leadership race but......... I have the impression that the people of Alberta do NOT trust Mr. Scheer to do what needs to be done to force Ottawa to greatly improve their approach to the west so..... .we seem to be left in a situation where you Sir.... .and Mr. Dave Bjorkman are the greatest hope for Canada to remain unified.

I so thank you for rising up and beginning The People's Party of Canada at this crucial time in history when the fate of Canada as a unified nation is at stake.

Now here are some ideas that you may find intriguing wyly:

At this point my thinking rejects the notion of a Western Canada Republic, and I rather feel that pipelines are already obsolete. My preference would be to recommend processing petroleum with regionally located refineries built to accommodate the estimated underground reserves, and to convert the petroleum into electrical energy with generators (also in situ); battery storage is reaching a point where the regionally produced electrical energy can be stored in modular units already equipped with the 'line out' facility for charging electrically powered vehicles, and shipped via rail or air transport to destinations anywhere in Canada.

Even this may be reckoned as a 'transitory phase', to be used while underground petrol reserves last and further research on energy storage is rounded out. I feel that a lot of air transport should involve helium-dirigible technologies." (A scholarly 'Elder' of my acquaintance).

You are correct that the oil industry is about to undergo some massive changes and the Alberta Independence Party already has an extremely important decision in front of them.

In British Colombia a company seems to have a technology that by itself........ has the potential to accomplish far more good than could ever be accomplished by a Carbon Tax or Cap and Trade System. Will the Alberta Independence Party officials try to ignore this technology......... because that is what I am expecting from the Ottawa Swamp!!!!

From the Ottawa Swamp I expect nice sounding speeches...... but no concrete action toward technology that actually has the potential to shift the paradigm.

Global Warming II by Carl Cantrell

So how is our problem of continental drying causing global warming? It all has to do with vegetation and sunlight. When sun light hits a plant, it causes a process which we call photosynthesis where the energy from the sun light creates oxygen for us to breath, water for us to drink, and is stored as sugar for plants and animals to use. When the same sun light hits the soil, all of its energy turns into heat and is radiated back into the atmosphere, carried away by running surface water such as rain fall, is carried away to other areas by our winds, and diffuses down into the soil towards the earth's crust. All of this warms our planet increasing its average temperature.

Therefore, the less vegetation you have on the planet, the more sunlight is being turned into heat and the warmer the planet becomes. This is very critical because warmer and dryer winds dry out other land areas faster decreasing the vegetation on those land areas. Less humidity in the air also reflects less sun light back out into space so that more sun light strikes the earth and more heat is generated.

The truth is that you can do more to decrease global warming by just reducing the average temperature for the Sahara Desert by one or two degrees than if we humans completely quit using fossil fuels and returned to the cave.

So, how would you start working to resolve this problem? Easy, cool the deserts and get some vegetation growing on them as soon as possible. But the method is much more complex than that. You have to use the prevailing trade winds in relation to the deserts to get the best results as quickly as possible and it will be extremely expensive.

Then we build desalination plants along the coast near these water sheds and pipe water to the tops or ridges of the water sheds

This will do a number of things. First, it will increase the moisture in the desert soil so that it will develop water tables and water will begin to run in the streams. This water will increase the amount of vegetation in the area and decrease the amount of heat being generated by sun light cooling the watered area and all areas down wind of the watered area. As more available water evaporates, it will cool the air and reflect more sun light back out into space cooling the area even more. Cooler and more humid air will have less of a heating effect on areas down wind and will reflect more sun light back into space in those areas cooling areas we won't be watering yet. Cooler and more humid air will also have less of a warming effect on our seas and oceans.

Rain water running off of cooler soil will decrease the heating effect on our oceans and our planet crusts which will decrease catastrophic storm activities for other areas and seismic activity for the entire planet. Also, returning more ocean water to the surface and aquifers of our continents will lower the sea levels providing more usable land for us to farm and build on.

With cooler desert areas and increasing vegetation, less water will evaporate from our deserts increasing the amount of surface water even more and increasing the amount of vegetation and animal life by huge amounts because deserts currently take up more than 20% of our land surface. Populations will be able to spread out and there will be less competition for existing land areas.

This strategy has to be done in steps with the first step being to begin slowing the rate at which our global warming is increasing. We need to focus on that until we have brought it to a point to where the temperature is not increasing any more and is reasonably stable. While we are doing this, we need to come to a global consensus of just how cool we want to cool our planet down to. If we cool it down too much, we will begin to have devastatingly harsh winters in large populated areas and even cause an ice age to set in.

Then we begin cooling the planet down to a point which will be most beneficial for all countries or the planet as a whole. We need to gradually bring the temperature down because there may be a lag effect in which the planet will continue cooling after we stop increasing our efforts to cool it off more. We may even want to stop cooling the planet once or twice before we reach our targeted temperatures to see if there is a lag effect

We need to start working on this as soon as possible because, if the planet reaches a point to where it is warming faster than our technology can possibly stop or reverse this warming trend, then our planet is lost and all life will cease to exist on this planet within a relatively short period of time. Basically...... I would like to see more groups and pages created that would link to all three northern territories of Canada..... joining Alberta...... against Ottawa. So something along the line of a "Republic of Eastern Canada" is proposed............ and basically Nunavut and Labrador bring in Newfoundland, then Nova Scotia, PEI and New Brunswick.........

(Personally I am ninety nine percent certain that P. M. Pierre E. Trudeau was PRESSURED into making that error
by banking interests in the USA so that they could do the major raise in interest rates that occurred in the late 1970's. Rest assured though....... Roe Vs Wade was a signal for them to want to do this so that pressure could be put on the poor to choose to abort their children)!

Alberta has paid $611 Billion in transfer payments from 1961 to 2017

The city of Calgary is short 250,000,000.00 in city tax revenue. They propose an answer to the shortfall by taxing all residential property owners 500.00 extra dollars a year.

This is illogical and backwards. No reasonable person would subsidizing the lowest business taxed and the lowest city business costs in the country per major cities.

Let's start with the basics:
1) Municiple taxes are the lowest source of tax revenue and account for most of what you see everyday.
2) Provincial Taxes cover AHS at nearly 60% of the provincial generated revenue, essential services and interprovincial transportation routes. Provincial taxes are nearly 3 times as much as the Municiple taxes collected. Provincial Grants are in the hundreds of millions only.
3) Federal Taxes cover RCMP, Military and Federal Essential Services you barely see inside the Province of Alberta. This revenue accounts for only 34% of the total AHS cost in Alberta. At this level of taxation Albertans are averaging 10 times the Municiple Taxes and only account for less than 10% of what you see all around you. Federal grants are less than the provincial grants.

Calgary Councillors are going to be taking home owners for 250,000,000.00 dollars extra per year. The fact remains Albertan's subsidize Toronto, Hamilton, Mississauga, Quebec City, Montreal, Winnipeg and Ottawa. These provinces tax higher and have much higher costs of business.

How is it possible Calgary is unable to attract Foreign and Domestic Business Investment into the Core?

Answer: The Federal government pays the tax difference with Federal Taxes collected from Albertans. Often the end result is several points below the cost associated with investing in a city like Calgary or Edmonton.

Why is Edmonton immune?

Answer: They are not. Edmonton is home to Government and Public Sector. The beautiful towers arising in Edmonton are the result of Provincial Debt Spending.

Can Lowering Provincial Business Taxes bring in investment and jobs?

Answer: No, regardless of how much we cut provincial tax rates for businesses, the more Canada can collect and keep in Federal Taxation from Albertans and the more they will Subsidize the major Eastern Voting base.

The municipalities must raise Municiple rates and subsidize the businesses. Soon Albertans will have massive rental rates, higher interest rates for mortgages and the single unit dwellings will disappear.

This is CENTRALISATION. Wealth redistribution at it's highest rate in North American by a large margin.

So what do we do?

We Separate from Canada by voting for the Alberta Independence Party in the coming months.

What would this mean for ALL Calgarians within 4 months of winning the election?

1) An end to Centralisation
2) Instant, massive and real tax relief
3) Municiple Debt Interest Forgiveness

Such actions are only possible with the Alberta Independence Party. Any real economist (Calgary has a few) will prove Infact Calgary's crisis will be over and regardless of pipelines Alberta's real economic diversification will begin to flood into the Calgary City Core.

Share or brace for a future "rampant" with ever increasing property taxes, higher rents and growing costs of living. Socialism doesn't work and market manipulation by Federal Ottawa will spell doom for ALL of Alberta starting with Calgary and ending with Edmonton.

Off the top of my head I do have an alternative in mind. Theoretically...... Calgary Dollars could be used to finance a series of news, documentary and reality films surrounding the basic idea of the proposed "Republic of Western Canada" and you could perhaps make a bid on a significant percentage of the vulnerable DERIVATIVES market?

After the fifteen minute mark in this video the number of seven hundred and ten trillion USA petrodollars is given for the value of the world DERIVATIVES market. I am more concerned though about the USA and Canadian based Derivatives market.

I have a theory on how to invest two trillion USA petrodollars out of the DERIVATIVES market that I believe can begin the process of stabilization of the entire Derivatives market that C.I.A. economist Mr. Jim Rickards feels is vulnerable. I do believe that Mr. Rickards is correct, the market is vulnerable, but there seem to be a number of obvious ways to begin to stabilize it even though I have heard lectures stating that a back door was created to the Federal Reserve which led to there being somewhere around 117 trillion USA petrodollars in that market by the year 2014.

To my thinking the key is in the proposed "Republic of Western Canada."

A proposal for a new nation of course implies the creation of an entirely new national currency unit.

My suggestion is for you Mr. President to perhaps ask your Ambassador to Canada to ask the leader of the Alberta Independence Party Mr. Dave Bjorkman to give me, Dennis Tate, two more years to explain what to do with the other one hundred and fifteen trillion USA petrodollars so that the serious devaluation of the markets spoken of by Mr. Jim Rickards does NOT happen.

I believe that serious discussion of financing two thousand replicas of the massive sea water desalination facility in Israel nicknamed "Sorek" will begin to break millions of people out of the silly obsession with a Carbon Tax that would obviously be a colossal waste of money, talent, time and productive capabilities.

M. P. Bill Casey... President Trump has a 4.3 trillion dollar problem....

Another good investment would be to divert a second trillion into relocation of the two million White South Africans to Canada, Australia, the USA, Israel and to other democracies who are willing to accept them. The magnitude of this project could be an excuse to produce "art" that will greatly increase in value over the coming decades and centuries, (especially in the minds of the children and grandchildren of the people who could be rescued in this manner).

One of the options ahead of Alberta would be another attempt to create a provincial bank that could be used to finance infrastructure projects at low interest levels..... (or even at zero interest on some projects as the Bank of Canada did from 1940 - 1974).

I agree with you that to some degree he is "fear mongering" because it is obvious that he wants us to

Some concern over all this seems justified but personally I am optimistic and that is partly because I believe that President Trump

I am expecting President Trump to so positively alter the USA economy that a huge percentage of Americans will soon be able to purchase rural land within one hundred miles of the city in which they live and this boom in rural real estate will play a huge role in keeping the USA and world economy stable.
