    Our astronauts are spending a lot of time in ISS with the nutjobs that claim they can see shelling from 250 miles away!
    Russian science is dead. Their astronauts go to the parliament and willingly say things they know everyone knows is a lie. On the top of that, these retards were accusing NASA astronauts for holes on their Soyuz not long ago.

    I think the US should abandon ISS and invest into deep space exploration or some kind of a ferry that cycles between earth and moon or earth and mars. Working with Russians is literally becoming dangerous due to their ineptitude.

    Vatniks like to think theyre a "legend" in their own mind @the dimon....I honestly think these creatures cant differentiate between reality and fiction....its somehow morphed into one dimension with these moskalis!LOL.

    I don't think itll be too long.....SpaceX is filling the gap and flying private missions now....so eventually those vatnik cab rides to the ISS will be crapped out like a bad case of diarrhea!

    IIRC the only manmade thing you can see with the naked eye from orbit are lakes. And even then you can't see the dams that form the lakes.

    I have been told you can actually see big artillery shells in flight if you are standing behind the cannon, but from orbit? I don't think so. You might be able to see big explosions, but even there I'm skeptical. From orbit you are 100 miles away, and you can't really see much from that distance. Mind, this is to the naked eye. Modern cameras are amazing instruments

    ISS is more of 250 miles (400km) away from the surface. There is not freaking way you will see an explosion from artillery fire from such distance. The only explosion that you can probably (still - maybe) is a nuclear one.

    You need to get out of the cave more often. Spy satellites are easily able to see stuff going on from 250 miles away.

    His point was that the claim by the cosmonaut was regarding things you could see with the naked eye from space. Not with a spy satellite.
