No, Biden has never had jurisdiction over such aid to Ukraine. Factually neither did Trump our own Democrats claim. Fortunately Trump never denied aid to Ukraine nor did he threaten Ukraine if they did not replace a particular person in their own Government. Biden did. And boasted it worked.

    I do not speak Russian.

Please do not fault me for poking my nose into the affairs of Australia. I am in the company of some who do this to the USA.

It is self-evident in that video that he did.

Both did. One did not do it for personal political electoral gain.

So, why refer me to Ukrainian sites?

Lol what words ? Your post is disconnected from reality. I notice you try to use lofty sentiments but the logic is pure trash underneath.. Your sophomoric attempts to sound formal in some way mean nothing because it's all pure nonsense.

Apparently you also accord to Trump the same privilege you accord to Biden.

I will tell you precisely what is happening now in the USA.

Democrats decided to interfere in the 2020 election here using the excuse of Russia. When that failed to work, they changed to the excuse of Ukraine. So it is the Democrats doing it for personal political electoral gain.

I suspect Ukraine has important information sites giving news in English.
    That is why.

Pure garbage. Soundland had discussions with Trump and Trump stated to him that not only did he want an investigation of the Biden's but that he wanted Zelensky to announced the investigation so the public would know about it. This was an attempt to publicly disgrace Joe Biden and weaken him as a candidate. All of this was proof that Trump was fixated on Joe Biden as a possible rival for the presidency. The sworn testimony of members of the State Department and members of the American Embassy in Ukraine actually confirms the transcript. Immediately after Zelensky requested the deliberately held back Javelin missiles Trump asked for a favor. One favor was to look into crowd strike information and the 2nd was to investigate the Biden's. Hunter Biden had left Ukraine in 2015 but reports showed the massive corruption in Ukraine kept growing after he left affecting all Ukraine instructions. Trump never asked Zelinsky in the transcript about the particulars regarding corruption in all of Ukraine's institutions. He only focused on the Biden's because he needed the political dirt. How could Trump dismiss billions of dollars of corruption throughout Ukraine and only see clear to ask about the Biden's???. Simple, he wanted dirt on an American candidate from the leader of a foreign country. And no one has the guts to disprove that Trump ignored massive institution wide corruption in Ukraine and only requested information about the Biden's.

Lol I just pointed out the evidence in my post. Obviously you failed to read my post or its written on a level that you can't comprehend.
You are really in your own world completely devoid of reality. Your claims are nonsensical not only did career members of the State Department and the U.S Embassy in Ukraine testify to the quid pro quo but they also fortified the transcript which clearly showed Trump asking Ukraine for dirt on the Biden's as a favor for the badly needed missiles. that had been deliberately held back. Your posts are factless dreck and no guts to show evidence

"In an appearance before the House Intelligence Committee, Sondland testified he and other high-ranking Trump officials operated at the president’s “express direction” as they pressed Ukranian officials to announce an investigation meant to damage Joe Biden and the Democratic Party. Sondland also said he came to believe the Trump administration had put a hold on badly needed security aid for Ukraine until the Ukrainian president made the public statement Trump wanted about the Bidens and a debunked conspiracy theory involving the 2016 election."

Great...get him there. I'd love to see Shokin give sworn testimony. What is the problem with giving him a Visa? Zelensky as well. I am all for letting chips fall wherever, warts 'n all. Let's also hear from Trump himself, Mulvaney et al.

Agreed. No problem, I said I want it. I'd also want to schedule at the most convenient date for the Ukrainian officials. I feel most for the Ukrainian government and their solemn wishes to stay out of this.

If any Ukrainian wants to be relevant to this, there is only one way. Attend the USA, give sworn testimony and be subject to cross-examination. That will be great.

I would love to get testimony and documents from Giuliani, Pompeo, Mulvaney Bolton, Pence, the OMB chief.

But they have a standing order from trump to keep their mouth shut and to not hand over any documents.

I dont follow your logic at all.

Trump ordered Mulvaney to put a hold on the money in early to mid July of 2019 (Mulvaney delivered that order to OMB on July 12th). By late July (25-30), Ukraine is aware of that hold. Trump does not release the money until September 11th. Throughout this time frame, there are multiple efforts to get Ukraine to announce an investigation against the Bidens and the 2016 election.

So again, do you disagree with the notion that Ukraine was aware of the hold on the money before the funds were released and while the requests for investigations were ongoing?

You assume they knew about the hold early only because they asked about the aid.

And as expected, anything said against Trump is a conspiracy, or if you like, a deep state. !!!!

Strange as he testified that Trump never told him to do anything of the sort he just "presumed" it.

    “... little Adam Schitt (D-CA)...!"

“Wow, Mr. President, that’s a good one.
Did you write that one all by yourself?"

All the hoopla, lies, victim card hysterics, sniveling ad hominems, and savaging the messengers aside, the pertinent issue is, "Did Trump solicit foreign interference in the 2020 presidential race?"

Obviously, Trump cannot afford to testify under oath or allow his intimates in-the-know to do so. He needs to hide as much of the truth as he can, while the role of the Constitutional committee is to expose as much as possible. Preventing that process from being sabotaged is essential.
