Weren't you paying attention to the case?(That makes a lot of sense if you weren't.) The Mueller team threatened Flynn that if he didn't plea, they'd charge his son on FARA-Turkey(they did anyway). So yeah, these people aren't and never have been honest individuals. The best part? FARA-Turkey fell apart ironically because Flynn could not and would not make the false statements they wanted him to make.

 

The DOJ said that wasn’t proper, after Mueller’s team finally turned over all the Brady evidence, and they said what he said wasn’t material thus not a crime. Read the court filings

Did you read your own link? The transport minister was not a partner, and Trump had no knowledge of their inner business dealings. The project started in 08 and is apparently a ****ing boondoggle. Yes he got out of it after the election when he didn't have time to **** with that, but no longer needed to save face by showing that he finishes what he starts/won't give up on the project or what have you.

Why don't you do us all a favor and 1) list the elements for prosecution under the Act and then 2) tie the elements to specific facts.
If you find you're missing an element, you may make a supposition as to what is there that meets it in your opinion but that you cannot directly show. Note a supposition as such.

That isn't 'getting away with it'. If it were true, then that is gross incompetence by the investigators. Either they have been getting away with it and the right is key stone cops incompetent, or they were innocent. One or the other is true.

The fact is that trump and several of his hires and relatives were getting in bed with putin and his cronies to help themselves during the campaign, and given trump's servile attitude toward putin, I suspect that trump is also probably compromised by the russians and the saudis because of his business interests so they got him by the shorthairs.

He's not only incompetent due to his deplorable lack of character, he's a danger to American interests because he is willing to throw the country under the bus to serve his own interests.

Just because they *could* charge JR, didn't mean that they should(after all, the case fell apart) and they themselves knew that that's why they dangled the fruit in front of them.
