It's easy to check the fit ... Cover up the intake. If you can't breathe, you're probably okay.

Bullcrap, personal responsibility dictates each of us takes of ourselves, if someone doesn't want to protect themself, that's not my problem.

    You aren't listening.

Yes, you and everyone else can take measures of personal protection.

What I'm pointing out is that is not the reason for mask requirements for reducing COVID spread.

Bullcrap, you are the one not listening.

    Very true.

And that is where you are totally incorrect, I do not have to wear a mask to protect someone else, it is their personality responsibility to wear one to protect themselves.

NOT ONCE have I said what YOU have to do. You are free to be a psychopath, for example. You have my permission - lol. I may think you need to be incarcerated, but that's a different issue entirely.

What I'm saying is that the reason that science based medicine says people need to wear masks is that it blocks moisture particles the the wearer emits, thus reducing transmission.

That's the main reason for mask requirements issued by state and local governments and recommended by CDC, OSHA, Dr. Fauci's communicable disease organization. They all say that masks of the type being required don't do a lot to protect the wearer - the wearer is protected by others wearing THEIR masks.

It's as if we are a civilization!

By using the same logic you should be required to carry a firearm, not for your protection, but to protect me, should someone want to rob me.

That is if we are civilized and care about each other.

So then it's possible that some of the COVID deaths have been misrepresented?

So you're saying that you don't think that 1.69 million people have died FROM COVID?

That's the world wide number who have been determined to have died of COVID.

My statements have been about America, as the statements of epidemiologists I've read have been studying death stats in the USA.

For here in the US, there is solid reason to believe that COVID deaths are being significantly undercounted.

I'd bet the world wide number is a huge undercount, as there are just too many regions where first world medical attention simply isn't available. I would suggest it is reasonable to assume that the percent of those who die outside of hospitals is higher in many places than it is even in the USA. And I doubt that there are sufficient doctors and tests to search the morgues to determine cause of death.

Is there ANY reason to believe that in certain areas of the country, COVID deaths have been overcounted?

    I'm not an epidemiologist.

If you want to propose something, I'd be interested.

    ??
I don't have to be an epidemiologist to read what experts in epidemiology say.

In fact, even if I WERE an epidemiologist, you still shouldn't accept my claims as you don't know crap about me - or any other poster.

You still have to go do your reading.

Well was it not possible that you read something which differs from what you have read? Unless you're closed minded enough to only read the same stuff.

India Today Anti Fake News War Room (AFWA) has found that Tiffany is alive. The hospital she works in released a video to show she’s doing well.

    Who is Tiffany Dover?

Tiffany Dover is a critical care nurse at Catholic Health Initiatives Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee, US. On December 17, 2020, she fainted on live television after receiving a shot of the Covid vaccine developed by Pfizer.

But this was not due to the vaccine. Tiffany later clarified on television channels that she has a medical condition wherein she is susceptible to fainting whenever she feels any pain.

“I have a history of having an over-reactive vagal response, and so with that if I have pain from anything, hangnail or if I stub my toe, I can just pass out,” she said in an interview with news channel WRCB.

Who is telling the truth? Hard to know anymore.
