    No, YOU give ME a break. You stated you hope nobody got hurt or killed. The locale is irrelevant. "Hurt" and "killed" in Portland are just as "hurt" and "killed" in Washington DC.

    Take it up with the illegal alien supporters. Suggesting that local law enforcement can't assist federal law enforcement is preposterous, as it happens all the time and there is nothing in the Constitution, or US code preventing it. But this is their rationalization for sanctuary cities.

    Perhaps you should read the entire discussion. The other poster was accusing me of supporting these knuckle draggers who have taken over the Capitol. I have stated my position. I condemn the right wingers. He will not condemn the left wingers.

    That said, we have seen six months of unchecked civil unrest in places like Portland, Seattle, Minneapolis, with little to no intervention by local authorities. Their inaction has effectively nullified the law. We have witnessed wanton destruction of public and private property with NO CONSEQUENCES, and NO CONDEMNATION from elected officials on the left, the punditry, et al..

    Now you act surprised when the pendulum swings the other way?

    These protesters are the tragic victims of Trump's rigged election lie and 4 years of other brainwashing.

    Still, it's only a limited of number of people (thankGod) compared to the millions Trump hoped would show up.
    The rest of America was wise enough not to swallow Trump's insidious lies. And even those that voted for Trump have accepted his election-loss.


    Looking at TV pictures, it's a riot, that's for sure.

    But it's not even close to a 3th world type revolution.


    The American people will not allow Trump such a ''victory''.
