I'll wait for more info. But if true, the next question is where did there 75,000 official Arizona state, Maricopa County ballots come from and how did they get mixed into the properly received ballots? Could this be a case akin to having more people vote than is registered?

Exactly this. There are other explanations besides fraud. In fact fraud seems like the least likely explanation. Maybe they picked their ballot up in person before the election, that was the case in other states. Maybe the mailed ballots database is incomplete.
