The problem is the Mueller investigation was commisioned by tRumps own Deputy Attorney General.

It was presented to a grand jury, he had two, and Mueller could bring no indictments. How do you NOT understand this.

And Mueller --still- proved that Trump committed felony obstructions -10- times.

So we know the investigation into Trump was based on Hillary's Pee Pee Dossier and other lies (including Clinesmith's lie). Ergo, the investigation was illegitimate and illegal from the get go. There's nothing illegal about obstructing that investigation.

Further, firing Comey didn't obstruct anything anyway. The investigation kept going until Mueller finally admitted he didn't find squat.

 

Benghazi itself was not a criminal investigation looking to bring criminal charges in wasa Congressional oversight hearing of the Department of State and DoD into the events leading up to during and after the attack.

 

And we have video evidence - Comey's "there was no intent" speech - that he didn't even apply the law correctly with respect to Hillary's case. Crooked cop and the crooked AG.

 

Mueller could have, his grand jury sent no indictments or referrals. It was HIS job to bring any criminal charges.
