    If Christ were an utter and total hypocrite and *******, yes. At least that is the impression you get from studying modern Christians.

    Modern Christianity is even more of a political movement disguised as a religion than is modern Islam. Its one saving grace is that supply-side Jesus at least has a sense of humour and is not that violent. He is far more powerful though and that makes him a lot more repressive.

    It seems you dont have an issue with same sex marriage rather you have an issue with gay people existing at all.

    If you are avoiding activity due to fear of even assuming others are homosexual that sounds like a form of agoraphobia.

    The Bible is "just a book"? I don't even know where to start with that sort of ignorance.. it is absolutely supernatural.. prophesy fulfilled just being a small part of it. I will confess, when I started the diligent study of the text some twenty years ago.. I was very close in opinion of the unbelievers here...I about tossed the whole thing when reading Joshua and the conquest.. genocide!
