I voted no. I think the case of the COVID-19 vaccines going public, before completing trials and studies to see if it's safe, is fully justified.
Your specific statement on this could be correct...... but the suppression of information relevant to the safety of children....... is another matter altogether and within five to ten years the ordinary voters might not be so forgiving as they would tend to be now in October of 2021....with all the confusion that we are facing now.

If the govt ever actually comes out with the mandate requiring employers to vaccinate, then no. The responsibility will be on the govt. ...so far, the govt mandate only exists in press releases. If it continues to do so, I suspect OP may be the reason why, and its possible that the private companies enforcing a mandate that doesn't exist could be held liable. But then again, this isn't the first time companies have required vaccines. As one example, the tetanus vaccine is required by many companies where workers unavoidably get small cuts or scrapes in the course of their normal duties with hand tools or sharp debris. But then again again, this aint no tetanus vaccine...

I wouldn't count on it. Countless people have already been forced to take the shot or fired. The folks that are concerned don't appear to have much ability to do anything about it at the moment. I have the gun pointed at my employment as well. I'm preparing for hard times. Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.
Only if it can be proved they had evidence they were hiding, or there was some extremely gross incompetence and misconduct that failed to look for something they should have been looking for. I really do not think this is going to happen in this situation. Being specifically prosecuted under the Nuremburg codes is especially unlikely, though theoretically plausible.
