Not totally surrounded and unconfirmed. Definitely probing going on, but also footage of them finally using rockets and artillery today as light forces could not take the city. Kharkov is still contested, but yes will be encircled soon.

So, some Ukrainian skinheads and KKK reps are angry with Ukraine, and we're supposed to take their side??? Did you forget your meds?

Kharkov was completely surrounded yesterday. The front line is far ahead. There is a purge in Kharkov.
Today Kyiv is almost completely surrounded. There was only a humanitarian corridor along one highway. I cannot say for sure whether this is a humanitarian corridor for everyone or only for civilians.

Aren’t Russians supposed to be throwing a victory parade on Khreschatik by now?

No, Ive already stated a country the size of Ukraine should be a +1 year operation. Iraq took the US 3 months and is considered extremely fast. The Russians are moving extremely fast but thinking conquering a country should take a week or month is really unrealistic.

Of course not. We don't bomb civil district. We don't kill civil population. We are not The USA.

The Russians are finding that even the areas they have thus far "conquered" are not really in their control. The words of Talleyrand remain wise.
“You can do anything you like with bayonets, except sit on them.”

We don't fight in cities. We don't want victims. Now we surround the main forces of Ukraine. After destroying them we will take control n the cities. The same tactic we used in 1813 when we won Napoleon. Be sure, Russians know they do.

All Russia has to do is kill the current government of Ukraine. Russia doesn't want Ukranian freedom. Russia wants the current Ukranian government.

I have read these reports as well and they are misinformation. Kharkov has a line behind them but it is crashing into eastern Kiev, not there yet and they are not the encircling group.

Kiev is not encircled with only a southern passage, Russians are only in the northeast suburbs awaiting another force and in the east they have chosen to go a longer and easier way around as there is resistance in the Irbin suburb, they will just bypass it.

Lest you be swarmed upon by some grammatical fanatic, the correct term is Neo-Nazi not Nazi. Have a good day.

Oh, so you're for clandestine world client-states controlled by the politically elite in America like the gov't of Ukraine? You don't find this any problem that the client-state of the Ukranian government might bring the world to the brink of WWIII??

The Ukrainian people are inseparable from the current Ukrainian government. Putin's blunders helped create that unity.

On the ground: This software developer is waiting to enlist and defend his country

From CNN's Gul Tuysuz in Kyiv

In Ukraine's capital, Andrii Tereshko says he has been feeling frustrated as he waits to enlist to fight for his country, "but the line is too long."

The 26-year-old software developer wanted to join territorial defense units but he was met with long wait lines on Sunday.

"They took 100, then told us to come tomorrow. Today, I tried to enlist but they said they are full and they don’t have more weapons," he told CNN.

When the tensions started escalating, Tereshko says everyone was scared because he, like many else, didn't know what to expect.

"But we always hoped that nothing would happen. No one expected full-scale invasion," he said. "When I woke up on Thursday to full-scale invasion, I was less scared ... When war started, I felt like I focused more. There is only one thing now — protect my country. That’s the only thing now."

Ukraine has more patriotic volunteers to fight to defend their homeland than they can accept and arm.

Russia has just thousands of demoralized, inexperienced kids and a rapidly crashing economy.

This war will be over soon.

Ukraine is no one's client state. This war is Putin's attempt to make Ukraine a Russian client state like Belarus.
