I really, REALLY hope that this much will at least be granted if we aren't going to get involved directly. Shut down the cruel butchery of Ukrainian civilians by Russian cruise missiles and other such munitions. Help Ukraine keep Russian attack aircraft out of their skies. This is the bare minimum that they need to hold on and hold out.

 

And Russia wouldn't have air superiority over Ukraine

 

We handled Cuba. They never attacked. Apples and space shuttles.

 

And Putin would likely launch nukes.

The goal is to contain the damage; not to make it 100x worse.

 

Putin isn't Khrushchev. Putin is an insane thug like trump. And cornered animals are dangerous.

If we get into a shooting war we might have to eliminate Russia. And that would mean a full on nuclear war.

 

I would count on cooler heads to prevail in Russia before any nuclear button would be pushed. It is vital that we don't give them any reason to fear a nuclear attack from us.

 

Hopefully the Russians will take out Putin and solve this problem. He is clearly worried about this.

Looks like a soldier from Belarus crossed the border and offered to join the fight on Ukrainian side. Now, apparently, this became a thing in Belarusian social media and many actively discuss the desire to join Ukraine as volunteers if Belarus ends up sending in the troops.

 

Equating Trump to Putin is absolutely ridiculous. When did Trump destroy cities? (The left DID do that from Kenosha to Baltimore to Seattle, by the way.) When did Trump destroy cities and make over a million people refugees? When was Trump responsible for mass rape and murder?

If you think Trump is like Putin, you have absolutely no idea about the nature of war and violent destruction of an entire country.
