    Not once he left office - after that he becomes a civilian - so unless he filed the documentation to have it declassified WHILE he
    was in office, it isn't declassified.

    I'll answer it for you.

    The Albany Times Union and conservative group Judicial Watch filed the motions to unseal the warrant and the judge notified the DOJ that they have until Monday to either provide information as to why the warrant shouldn't be unsealed or they have to release the document publicly.
