Which was worse: the riot on January 6th, 2021, or the BLM riots of 2020?

Or is my immense desire for freedom difficult for you? Do you hate the thought that people should be allowed to make their own choices, and be held accountable to their choices the offends you most?

If you were truly an independent, if you were truly nonpartisan and impartial on both sides of the spectrum, then the question of which was worse--the riot on January 6th, 2021, or the BLM riots of 2020--should not be a difficult question to answer. There is an objectively correct answer to that question. By all objective metrics, the BLM riots of 2020 were much worse than the riot of January 6th, 2021:

• Whereas only one person died on January 6th, 2021, over two dozen people died during the BLM riots of 2020.

• Whereas the cost of the riot of January 6th, 2021, was less than $3 million, the cost of the BLM riots was about $2 billion.

• Whereas the riot of January 6th, 2021, was only one day, the BLM riots lasted for months.

But how did you answer the question? Like this, like a typical Democrat:

Answering that question should not result in a bloviating, pussyfooting response with false analogies on your part, such as comparing both events to comparing murder and gangbang rape. It should be, "The BLM riots were much worse. Period." If you said that, then I might take your claim of not being a Democrat a little more seriously.
