    No, they don't. They're merely stating Kash Patel claims that NARA statements are misleading because the documents (recovered during the search) "were declassified".

    And, BTW, this was not a "raid"; it was a legal and orderly executed search. First thing to do when you pretend to discuss legal matters is to use the correct legal wording. One of Trump's big mistakes is his determination to transform a legal dispute into a political campaign.

    Yeah, but it sort of went from search to raid when they called in the napalm air strike.......

    The mere fact that NARA didn't know the documents were "declassified" is sort of the cherry on top of the huge pie that is that ridiculous claim...

    You make some valid points.

    It remains to be seen if Meadows was in touch with Trump after 1-20-21 about the documents the NARA wanted and if Meadows remained in touch with Hutchinson who was still employed by Trump at the White House for a few weeks after 1-20-21.
    You can also throw into this mix Pat Cipollone and his deputy Philbin who were Trump's designated representatives for his papers to the NARA and Philbin tried to get Trump to turn them over to the NARA before leaving office with no succuss.

    The biggy for me is when Trump on June 19, 2022 designated Kash Patel and John Solomon to be his representatives to the NARA around the same time he was subpoenaed.

    In one report it was said that the FBI has them on Mar a Lago's security video removing boxes.???
    Recently the FBI did a second subpoena for Mar a Largo security video, so stay tuned.

    Yeah, I'm not ready to go with the 2 White House lawyers as the mole(s) either, although I'd put slightly more money on either of those 2 over Hutchinson....

    Damn redactions... I guess we'll be left guessing until the discovery phase.... or later?

    Talk about your dire need for witness protection.... After this trial, any mole(s) are going to have to be relocated to either Nepal or Patagonia (BTW, are you cleared for that information??)

    Not seen many of the cult's braves around yet. Hopefully, they're trying to understand the affidavit....or am I dreaming here?

    BTW, that affidavit, even half redacted is most impressive!

    But to me, the mere list of the documents recovered at MaL on August 8 is terribly damning for Trump.

    You're dreaming.... They've spent the entire day printing out the affidavit, then using a coin to try and expose the name(s) of the mole(s)....

    If not, release those in some format (brief non classified description of each document, then what chunky thought about it)
