As I said in clear concise English, the propaganda spin, up is down/down is up, game you are posting is Soviet worthy propaganda :). Vintage Trumpian delusion.

Quote; “The President has the authority to de-classify any document”

HOWEVER, there is a process to declassify any document……

Google; Executive Order 13292—Further Amendment to Executive Order 12958, as Amended, Classified National Security Information

    Part 3——Declassification and Downgrading

    NOTE; AND I highly doubt that Trump cancelled, or amended said Executive Order to read;

“The President of the United States can declassify any document just by saying it’s declassified, and ignore the declassification process stated in Executive Order 13292”

I think you have been on the spin cycle too long. ;-)

"Soviet worthy propaganda :)" would be Left Wing propaganda. So, have you now decided that DJT is really a Left Winger? Surely not! ;-)

As I clearly state again, up/down is reversed in Trumplandia! FSB worthy disinformation and active measures. Pity the ruble is soon to be worthless as the Vlad "prop up" is a house of cards much like Trumplandia.

Unlike the British military, the US military had not burned three US towns before the Capitol Riots. Violent riots were not appropriate on J6. OTOH, mass non-violent protests were very appropriate.

Your posts, though fascinating, are becoming less coherent than spinning dust devils. ;-)

I disagree. IMO, violence is frequently justified -- especially in self defense.

I have read multiple great debate posts on this thread. Those posters are doing a great debating job. I agree with them.

The problem is… they are being ignored. There is no debate information I could have added that would have made any difference.
Since, I would simply be repeating their information.

Sorry you think I was trolling. I’ll continue to read all of the great debate posts. And not respond to the hope posts.

You're wrong. There is NO process a president must follow. This is a fact. You're spouting misinformation. And it's not @CharisRose who is the broken record. She is asking for proof. Insult a poster is not proof of anything other than concession that you have lost the debate.

Posters here should not have to keep repeating Navy vs. Egan, but I will so some of you can finally admit that you are wrong about there having to be a process, a mark made by the president on documents in his possession.

That means if a president is THINKING about it, there is NO process, and the documents are therefore without question by anyone, declassified.

PolitiFact | Does the president have 'the ability to declassify anything at any time'?

Apparently a lot of classified documents were gathered up and packed for removal to Mar-a-Lago on Trump's last days (perhaps even the last one) in the WH. He could have declared them declassified, having no real time to "officially" stamp them as such. There's no binding process that can be applied to the POTUS stating he doesn't have the authority to do this.

They don't believe that a president has the power to declassify anything at any time without any process.... How many times must this be pointed out?

    There certainly is/was a process to declassify a document…..

Executive Order 13292——-Further Amendment to Executive Order 12597, as Amended, Classified National Security Information, March 25, 2003

    Part 3…….Declassification and Downgrading

However, the question is; Since 2003, was the above-mentioned EO/Declassification process revoked/canceled, and/or “simplified” by Trump?

    Answer; Most likely not

You make the claim that the president must follow a process to declassify, then the onus is on you to prove your statement.
When can we expect this from you? :)

LOL.. so, you're find with the cheating that allowed more votes to be counted than registered voters? That seems illegal. But I'm sure that in Brazil, you're ok with illegal, right?

Idk, but I'm getting to the point of simply saying: "Screw that process!" Obviously they believe it doesn't matter because, well, because it's Trump that we're speaking about and whatever sliver of hope that the government will finally "get" Trump is in their crosshairs is too much to give up.

Another one who doesn't read the source provided to them.
What don't you understand about Navy vs. Egan, that gives the president the sole authority to "classify and declassify at will"?

So, perhaps if you find the worst example of the charge, you're possibly right about it. But, since I didn't assert it, it doesn't discount what I did assert. Did you ignore what I wrote on purpose? There are/were several cities, cities that cannot explain how more votes were counted than there were voters. That seems pretty difficult to ignore. So why try to gloss over that?
