Will world peace begin with immigrants from many nations who go to Canada and find out ways to address the root causes of the conflicts that were going on in the nations that they left?

I am hopeful that this will be the case, for example, immigrants to Canada from the Middle East may be able to turn the world away from the Al Gore Carbon Tax Theory and the Bill Gates, "Innovation to zero" emissions theory, and instead adopt the more down to earth approach to Climate Change advocated in the Jewish, Islamic and Christian scriptures as well as by a New Mexico biologist and coach.

Here is an ancient Islamic prediction that sounds like a brilliant response to both the threat of rising ocean levels... as well as to the Economic Crisis that it appears some influential people seem to want to occur.

Assisting nine point four million Israelis to divert investment away from warfare and instead into large scale desalination of ocean water for

Dear Ms. Khalid, Minister Sean Fraser met me at the Sherbrooke Lions Hall in the summer of 2016 and he taught me the phrase "Quantative Easing."

I was actually there in 2015 when he gave his speech announcing his intentions to represent the Liberal Party in Central Nova, N. S. I was a member of Canada's Liberal Party from 2009 to 2015.

I put forward a theory a few days ago that I believe may be of interest to both you as well as to Mr. Minister Fraser.

Dear residents of Indian Harbour Lake, Sonora and Wine Harbour: I am campaigning for the office of Municipal Councilor for St. Mary's District 4.

There are three primary threats to the quality of life for all of us who live here. High unemployment will probably force most of our young people to move far away to find jobs. Because of government cut backs St. Mary's Educational Centre may be closed as early as 2011. In the near future record high tides may devastate our roads and homes that are only a few feet above sea level. We are being told that there is little that you and I can do about any of these problems but this is simply not true.

Satellite pictures show rapid melting of Arctic ice but only about ten percent is above water level. Ice occupies more space than liquid water so until now we have experienced rather little ocean level rise. Our situation will be entirely different if and when melting occurs in the massive ice pack on Greenland and Antarctica that sit on land.

I am in agreement with environmentalist and economist Bjorn Lomborg that a carbon shift policy will probably be ineffective over the short term in combating global temperature increases or in preventing a destructive rise in world ocean levels.

Two effective methods to combat global warming and simultaneously fight rising ocean levels have been proposed by New Mexico biologist Carl Cantrell.

Another promising method to green the deserts is to use hydrogen fuel cell technology to power vehicles in the hottest and driest regions of the earth. Imagine millions of vehicles across the Sahara, the Middle East, near the US Mojave desert and in the outback of Australia all spewing harmless water vapor as exhaust! Rest assured humidity and rainfall will increase in those areas and vegetation will grow.

Ms. May deserves credit for encouraging Canadian political leaders to take environmental issues more seriously but at this time I feel that she has far too much confidence in the proposals put forward at Kyoto. The skepticism that Prime Minister Harper had for this accord seems to have been based on sound reasoning. Liberal Leader Stephane Dion was wise to hope for more time to further study this complex subject before an election.

I predict that Canada will have cities neighborhoods and even provinces that are segregated based on race or religion.

There will be a sharp rise in crime, schools will be the first to feel the impact and if they expand past the ability of their social services, this could collapse their health care.

In Australia the Irish and the Germans and the Italians and the Greeks and the Vietnamese and the Chinese and Indians integrated pretty well. The Africans and the Middle Easterners struggle from time to time, but are mostly doing ok. I think as long as you monitor and adjust when your problems are arising then you can avoid most roblems, for example like in France with the Muslim ghettos.

The issue we have today is that if you happen to point out that one particular country or culture or race is struggling to adjust then that is considered racist. Unflattering metrics get swept under the carpet until it's too late.

Dear Mr. President Donald J. Trump, it is my belief that back in 2014 and 2015 you got all your children together and you warned them how bad it would likely get if you announced your intentions to campaign for the office of President of the United States of America. It is my belief that the backlash against you and your children and grandchildren has been far worse than you probably expected.... (but I know that you knew that it was going to be terrible).

I believe that it is time to take some of the heat away from you Sir..... and divert it up in my direction here in Mississauga, Canada. I feel that it is time that I must explain something of a game of chess with eight billion infinitely valuable and unlimited movement variables that will prove that the national debt of the United States and the National debt of Canada are significantly PRACTICAL JOKES BEING PLAYED ON TERRIBLY UNDER-INFORMED POPULATIONS.

I believe that this must be done step by step by step though... much like a game of chess..... and the opening gambit must be to put forward an alternative theory on stabilization of the climate that is much more so practical and down to earth than the Al Gore Carbon Tax Theory.

The Bill Gates "Innovation to zero" theory depends totally on the Al Gore Carbon Tax Theory.... but only an astonishingly unwise political leader would assert that the Arctic is not going through significant warming. I do believe that rapid cracking and sliding of ice off the LAND BASED Greenland Ice Pack will be an important part of the future for our children and grandchildren. I believe that the theory put forward by New Mexico biologist and coach is the idea that can begin to break the minds of young people away from the brainwashing that they received at school for the past fifteen years because every cubic meter of sea water that will be desalinated and added to the water table of a nation with lots of desert will be good news for every city vulnerable to the threat of rising ocean levels. The subway system of New York is extremely vulnerable to the threat of rising ocean levels.

It is my belief that a Donald J. Trump Dollar and a Dennis Patrick Tate Dollar could play a significant role in proving that the national debts of Canada and The United States of America are significantly practical jokes being played by a Neo Malthusian Elite group of people on blue collar workers that do NOT understand either economics or history.

We have often heard the modern proverb: "It's the economy stupid."

I regard that the two most intelligent statements regarding the productive
capability of humanity are found in the written Word of God.

The LORD said, "Behold, they are one people, and they all have the same language. And this is what they began to do, and now nothing which they purpose to do will be impossible for them. (Genesis 11:6 NASB)

In my own provincial level campaign as an independent back in 2006 I attempted to

When well trained workers have high quality technology to work with then the
total of all wages and benefits paid out to employees is only a fraction of the
retail value of the products they produce. As a result of this fact the only way
to move products out of warehouses is to extend higher and higher levels of
credit. One problem with an abundance of red ink is that compound interest on
all this government, business and personal debt over a period of decades will
grow to astronomical levels. At this time there is approximately TEN TIMES as

Although I took two years of Business Administration at St. Francis Xavier University a couple of decades ago, I feel that I had minimal comprehension of the big picture economically until 1994 when I was introduced to Social Credit Economic Theory by a group of Catholic Patriots who have published The Michael Journal. I was fascinated by their ideas but my experience seven years later of teaching English in Quito, Ecuador for over a year where I saw real poverty with my own eyes has caused me to become almost obsessed with a desire to educate people to the astonishing productive capability we humans actually have. I may be wrong in this assertion but over the past decade or so I have noticed over and over again that our opinions regarding politics and economics are astonishingly similar to our own ideas regarding philosophy and theology. Those of us who feel that God has a simple plan, that the souls of the dead are either saved or lost, either in heaven or in hell often seem content to be satisfied with a world in which a minority are spectacularly wealthy while the vast majority of humanity is forced to scrounge for a pathetic living. Dr. Moses Coady felt that there was some glimmer of real hope for the people who were in something of an economic purgatory. His confidence in their ability to be raised up to a higher level was instrumental in his being able to help so many thousand and now millions of poor people to transform their lives.

In 2007 Sir Richard Branson announced a $25 million award for a design for a device that could remove one billion tons of carbon out of the atmosphere annually. In a somewhat tongue in cheek but essentially still serious tone I submitted a proposal for this award:


"Dear Mr. Branson:It is my firm belief that the number one technological device
to reduce atmospheric greenhouse gases has already been invented. It is the
tree.

What is desperately needed at this time is not necessarily a new mechanical
device but instead a paradigm shift in economic theory regarding monetary policy. We require a readily understandable explanation on how leaders in business and government can direct not only millions, but actually trillions of dollars of investment into combating global warming."



One of the most effective practical methods that could be put into place in the
least amount of time would be dozens of the largest possible desalinization
plants all along the Mediterranean and Red Seas. Huge quantities of fresh water
could be dripped onto the Sinai and Sahara deserts and voila, well chosen
species of newly planted fast growing trees could soon change the color of these
relatively desolate areas, significantly reduce atmospheric CO2, positively
affect local weather patterns and at the same time significantly counterbalance
the increases in worldwide ocean levels as the polar ice caps melt. This will
buy us some extra time and thus expand the “very brief window of opportunity to

Dear Minister Khalid..... I asked a question on a large public forum on March 7, 2021 that I believe you will wish to discuss with
Canada's Minister of Immigration M. P. Sean Fraser. Mr. Minister Fraser can easily explain to you why my having driven past
parts of the Bay of Fundy near Truro would get me asking the following question?

The fact that the Bay of Fundy funnels tidal waters plus......
it is over 170 miles long, (274 kms), it produces high tide level that are tenX to fifteenX over the difference in tidal waters where I live.

So... could high tide levels near TRuro, N. S. to Moncton, N. B. be up by a meter or more if average ocean levels were to rise by ten centimeters?

A related question to this one is, does the ADDITION OF H2O TO ANTARCTICA EXPLAIN WHY AVERAGE OCEAN LEVELS HAVE NOT SIGNIFICANTLY RISEN OVER THE LAST HUNDRED YEARS?

Calgary Dollars are taxable at the same rate as if we had earned Canadian dollars but..... this alternative currency has been useful in boosting the economy of Alberta and this idea could even be used by churches to assist the homeless. Perhaps the homeless could become actors playing the role of homeless people and a church group or group of people who care, could use something like Calgary Dollars to assist in financing the film series.

Doing this would be the OPPOSITE of what Bill Gates is proposing in his "Innovation to zero" lecture!
