Please provide time stamps of these people saying “how to sell a massacre”. You aren’t insinuating that the people on tape actually said that are you? Perhaps you were taken in by the title of your disingenuous video. Sad. You realize your video is full of verifiable disinformation you seem unaware of, right? You have criticized others for not watching it, but there is no evidence you have watched it. What you claim it says it doesn’t say and much of what it does say is incorrect or incomplete information.
Bloomberg’s organization (Everytown) reports spending between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 annually on lobbying AGAINST firearms. Both Soros and Gates spend millions lobbying for gun control. You are incorrect and the poster you replied to is correct. Or IRS records are being falsified. You are welcome to provide evidence this report is false. https://www.opensecrets.org/federal-lobbying/clients/summary?id=D000067401
And THAT is chicken feed if you watched the video you will see how much One Nation - a very small Australian political party - was being offered to change OUR laws
The NRA spends between 2 and 5 million on lobbying annually. Far less than the combined spending of the billionaires the other poster referenced. The fact is you are making things up. You are posting misinformation that is verifiably false. Just like your link. Loads of misinformation. Why not just deal in facts? Your cause would be more credible if it wasn’t based on disinformation. I watched your video. That’s how I know you are not being truthful about it’s content.
There is no "right to drive" in the Constitution. The right to bear arms is specifically mentioned in the Constitution. There is no "right to food" in the Constitution. The right to bear arms is specifically mentioned in the Constitution. There is no "right to buildings" in the Constitution. The right to bear arms is specifically mentioned in the Constitution.
That you know about……. But I am not just talking about lobbying. A bigger issue is the influence on American culture through its deliberate spreading of misleading myths First they touted “gun free zones” as a way of stopping mass shootings in places like schools and then they realised that that was connecting the idea that guns were the issue so now it is “gun free zones cause mass shootings” despite all the evidence to the contrary “The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun” which ignores all the FBI evidence suggesting that far more mass shooters are disarmed by unarmed individuals than armed ones - but THAT myth also perpetuated the idea that gun owners must be “good guys” ignoring the fact that people are people My favourite though is “you are defenceless without a gun” and so many .Americans seem to believe that bunkum. The video even catches them out with this lie by exposing the NRA operative admitting that they ghost wrote stories of self defence with guns to embed in newspapers. There was even a website tracking these stories. It used to puzzle me because we did not have the people being slaughtered or raped due to lack of guns
Watch the video the NRA was caught out ON TAPE how to basically profit from a massacre “The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun”
There are 400,000,000 guns and 16,000 murders in a population of 350,000,000 people. That's total murders, not just gun murders. None of those stats add up to as much as 1%. Your country can't say that. Y'all banned guns and your mass murder numbers increased .
Lols!! That would be one of the most inaccurate and easily debunked bit of twaddle I have ever read - but I am betting you will do what others have done - add in deaths from bushfires claiming that they too were “mass murders”
Bowerbird, you made this claim. It is blatantly false. The ONLY offer made in the video is $100. That offer is made after the Aussie chap asks for $10M. The person asked for $10M laughs and says he’s not getting $10M and offers $100. Another person says gun manufacturers may offer $15,000-$20,000. You are saying things you KNOW to be false if you watched the video. At this point I’m not interested in moving goalposts or strawman arguments. Please verify your claims or we will have to assume you are being intentionally deceptive. You have made definitive claims. Please back them up or admit you have posted misinformation. Why are you concerned with these so called myths when you and your sources are peddling misinformation and disinformation? Do you know what a ghost writer is? Do you realize it’s a very common practice in all forms of written communication including journalism? What is inherently “bad” about ghost writing? Do you think some kid writes all of the teen Everytown organization press release? Please explain what is wrong with a journalist writing a story with the help of law enforcement and then releasing that story in official law enforcement press releases? The stories are all true. Even the NRA defense stories are based on verifiable news stories according TO YOUR VIDEO. Please substantiate your definitive claims before moving on to other personal opinions.
Don't forget that MSM gives the GBL (Gun Ban Lobby) hours of free advertising every day. As a perfect example, today's "Sunday Morning" showcased David "Attention" Hogg in such a glowing light that it looked like the GBL wrote the script. The entire 15 minute segment was praise for Hogg and the "wonderful work" that he and the GBL are doing to make our schools and streets safer and...............AAAAARRRGG!!. I even watched the whole thing just to see if there was even a hint of balance but there was nothing but more of the same. If you happen to watch this load of Hogg Hype, be sure to unplug your BS detector to save it from overload. Thanks,
80-90% of gun murders are perpetrated by felons, or those engaged in constant felonious activity or those who were major league juvenile offenders
Thus, you believe: Democrats selling massacres to push their agenda: OK NRA selling massacres to push their agenda: BAD!
If you ban "some" guns, then the claim you ban guns is true. If you ban "some" guns, then the claim you ban "all" guns is false. The UK bans guns.
The number that were not is waaaaaay less relevant than the number that were since there is clear correlation between firearm mortality and number of guns both across America and internationally https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/hicrc/firearms-research/ BTW THAT is bloody near the number of firearm deaths we see in six months - in the entire country!
