No, he isn't. Please do more homework. He isn't even considering any federal charges and can't do so. Who lied to you about that and why did you blindly believe it?

So, given that, would you support the prosecution of the DA for misconduct? Who do you suppose writes the damages check to Trump?

Nope. The ridiculous pretense Gym Jordan is using to get Congress involved is the claim federal funds by way of the DoJ were used in the investigation. It's a publicity stunt like the kind Trump pulls all the time.

But...but... Congress can investigate anybody and anything it wants! Or, is it not that way, anymore?

If Bragg isn't prosecuting a Federal crime, what's he prosecuting?

I appreciate your confession that you think that the concept of evidence is laughable and that you have not to offer. Not exactly a big surprise.

So far the most likely scenarios involve campaign contribution crimes along with misreporting the funds.

Show us the law. This was a Federal election. State election laws don't apply.

There is no federal election for the president. It's an election for federal office, but the elections themselves are state elections. There are multiple state elections. Ever hear of the EC? But keep pretending that there isn't a state in the country that has laws involving their elections for president (psst, ALL of them have said laws). It's kind of cute.

You are literally the only person in existence claiming that state election laws are moot in Presidential elections. The only one. It's solely your fantasy.

Spin it how you want, but state election laws only apply to state elections.

Look at this link to NYS contribution limits. It doesn't say anything about President of The United States...

Such as the elections each state has for President. How is it that an adult in the US doesn't know about this?

If Bragg brings charges against Trump and NO state laws are mentioned, I will donate $1,000 to the charity of your choice. If he does cite state laws, you donate $10 to the charity of my choice. Deal?

I don't play that stupid ****, because I'm sure as not sending you a receipt and you renig your way out of it...lol.

I have to correct one thing, I'm referring to campaign finance laws, not election laws. My mistake.

New York campaign finance laws don't apply to Federal elections.

No receipts required, and I've never renigged on anything.

If that's what you need to tell yourself in order to pretend that no state laws govern presidential elections.

Keep telling yourself that. Maybe ask yourself why you are the only one in the country claiming that New York has no finance laws regarding presidential candidates in their state.

I referred to elections by mistake, I admitted. Don't be intellectually dishonest. I meant to say campaign finance laws, as I already said.

Look at this link to New York campaign contributions and show us where it mentions any Federal office...

    https://www.elections.ny.gov/CFContributionLimits.html

Also, NYS contribution limits go as high as $5,000 to a campaign. Federal laws stops at $2,600.
