You're right. Biden was elected by the Electoral College, but it aligned with the vote rate, and we elected other politicians through democracy.
If you're asking about the polls there's a thread topic from a previous week about how Trump is more popular than DeSantis. If you're interested in Trump's pro-Russian stance, that's what Tump said. He loved Russia.
I think Trump probably would have tried hard to avoid war with Russia. Diplomacy and deal-making. It probably would have involved putting pressure on the Ukrainian government to give in a little bit and not do anything to antagonize Russsia. This could be wrong, but I do suspect maybe a big part of the reason Ukraine ended up getting pulled into war was the incompetence of the Biden Administration in doing anything to try to stave it off. (some background: Whether people like it or not, the U.S. has a big world role in this international dispute. Half the reason the Russians are trying to invade is to better be able to defend themselves from "the West" in the future, which mainly includes forces that would be led by the U.S.) The weakness and horrible way that Afghanistan was handled seemed to invite Russian invasion. With Trump's personality, if he were handed the reigns, he'd probably try to blame the previous Biden Administration, try to start afresh, have some negotiations and make some "deal" with Russia, but then if Russia refused to try to negotiate, get "tough". That would be his usual tactic. Try to intimidate the other side.
Now that you've decided to go off topic, it seems both the US and Russia have problems with elections.
When I say democracy in the Biden Administration, the EU, NATO or the Ukranian government, I mean the 50+% consensus of those organizations.
We have a tiny handful of cases of fraud, none of which are sufficient to change the results of the election. Russia is another story.
Trump would have tried to help Russia steal Ukraine territories. That's his idea of "negotiating" . . . ******** on our allies and doing favors for a violent invading dictator. And you guys really need to make up your mind. You try claiming that Russia invaded because they preceived the US as being weak . . . but you want to praise Trump because he would have been far, far more weak and you complain about Biden bringing us closer to war by being too strong.
The United States is a prominent member of NATO, a reliable ally of the democratic nations of NATO. Trump Said He Might Have Let Russia “Take Over” Parts of Ukraine. Trump is very pissy about NATO, led by the United States, supporting Ukraine and democracy. Imprisoned, Imprisoned, Under Multiple Investigations, Debarred Trump whined about NATO continually, and threw one of his tantrums when President Zelinskyy refused to concoct fake charges against candidate Biden, Trump, out of spite, withholding vital military aid to the nation targeted by Putin. Trump administration violated the law by withholding Ukraine aid International court issues war crimes warrant for Putin Trump says he trusts Putin more than U.S. intelligence Trump calls Putin ‘genius’ and ‘savvy’ for Ukraine invasion
The pro-Putin Cry Baby Loser has reaffirmed his anticipation of his "savvy genius" subjugating democracy by his brutal ravaging of a sovereign nation. Just as the Loser swallowed the little thug's lies over the consensus of the U.S. intelligence services, he opposes NATO's resolve and spews his spineless defeatism: "But ultimately, he is gonna take over all of Ukraine!"
