Shalom and Greetings from Mississauga. It was recently suggested to me that I should invite President Donald J. Trump to move to the Greater Toronto Area somewhwere and attempt to address issues and problems facing the United States from here in Canada. On that note I would like to draw your attention to the existence of Calgary Dollars here in Canada and the Ithaca Hour in the USA. These are just two examples of Alternative Currencies that are legal AND TAXABLE so.... if they were done as a database, (I would suggest SAP, even though it tends to cost more than many other similar products), I personally believe that SAP is worth the extra money. After teaching English in Quito, Ecuador in 2001 and 2002 I returned to Canada determined to be more politically and socially active after seeing real poverty with my own eyes. I have already lost four election campaigns and I plan on losing quite a few more before I pass on and have my Life Review with the Being of Light of near death experience fame.

After teaching English as a second language in Quito, Ecuador in 2001 and 2002 I felt compelled to make noise and ruffle feathers politically in such a way as to attract the attention of other students of the English language like my former students at Universidad Technologica de Israel de Quito.

I am taking the liberty of adding this e-mail to you to a public discussion forum because I believe that it is theoretically possible to alter the world economy in such a way as to give all of Canada an economic boost and at the same time we can set in motion a new way of looking at climate change that will shift the entire Middle East in the direction of significantly decreased conflict through the application of mega-scale desalination of sea water to turn deserts green in the Islamic nations.

My plan could also cause provincial members of parliament to surge past federal level members of Parliament who seem intent on blindly following along with everything that Mr. Al Gore and Mr. Bill Gates want them to do, say and write.

Did you know that a message from Facebook will stand up in a court of law?

About two years ago I began to pray that Messiah Yeshua - Jesus and the Holy Spirit would make me, Dennis Tate, the number three donor to Warrior Notes School of Ministry led by near death experiencer Dr. Kevin Zadai. Calgary Dollars are TAXABLE SO if somebody earns ten thousand Calgary Dollars in a year on top of their salary in Canadian dollars, they must claim those extra ten thousand dollars and pay federal income tax and provincial taxes on ten thousand dollar Canadian.

A lot of Canadians will find it offensive that I attempt to correspond with people in all of the political parties that I have voted for in the past.......
and especially in the political parties that I was a member of for a period of time. I actually joined Canada's Liberal Party in 2009 and didn't leave it until 2015 when it became apparent that
P. M. Justin Trudeau was intellectually purging Blue Liberals and Pro-Life Liberals from any major role in the party.

Dear Minister Khalid..... I asked a question on a large public forum on March 7, 2021 that I believe you will wish to discuss with
Canada's Minister of Immigration M. P. Sean Fraser. Mr. Minister Fraser can easily explain to you why my having driven past
parts of the Bay of Fundy near Truro would get me asking the following question?

If average ocean levels were to rise by ten centimeters.... .would
the multiplier effect of the geography of the Bay of Fundy continue?

The fact that the Bay of Fundy funnels tidal waters plus......
it is over 170 miles long, (274 kms), it produces high tide level that are tenX to fifteenX over the difference in tidal waters where I live.

So... could high tide levels near TRuro, N. S. to Moncton, N. B. be up by a meter or more if average ocean levels were to rise by ten centimeters?

A related question to this one is, does the ADDITION OF H2O TO ANTARCTICA EXPLAIN WHY AVERAGE OCEAN LEVELS HAVE NOT SIGNIFICANTLY RISEN OVER THE LAST HUNDRED YEARS?

All of this leads us to a proposal by my online friend Mr. Mervyn DePendleton....

"Well from an engineering point of view if it was a sure thing and time would allow the answer is not going to be try to air condition the Antarctic. I would think in terms of cutting a relief channel. That would be between Sackville and Amherst would be to excavate a canal that would only start to receive water when the tide is up approximately the half of normal height and this canal would have to continue sloping down and terminate in the Gulf of St. Lawrence across from PEI.

No doubt such an undertaking would get bad reviews from a lot of environmentalist but it could save some of the low level human habitation on the banks of the Bay of Fundy. When I visited the area I remember on the N.B. side that there was a lot of high ground as you went inland from the shore of the Bay.

Another approach would be to think like the Seaway Project where Cardinal and Morrisburg and lots of farms and places on the Canadian side of the St. Lawrence were moved and the land flooded with the power dam near Cornwall. The idea with Fundy would in the energy extraction view would be to tell all the low land people to hit it, your property is ruined. At the sea entrance somewhere more in the direction toward St. John to create a one way valve type mechanism. Let the tide water come rushing and don't let it leave right away. When the tide forces have receded then release the water through turbines to generate electricity. From half tide to low tide and back to just coming back again all the stored water has to be used. It might also be possible to get some energy out of the water when it is rushing in at high tide.

I'm sure some high math and some good engineers could get the greatest benefit possible from conditions we otherwise cannot control. Also do not give up on the earth getting ever hotter as it may well be cooling for a while before us. All the end of world alarmist like Paul Ehrlich and the peak oil we would be burning camel dung by 1999 alarmist have all failed miserably in their predictions. The big problem with all of them is that they are trying to tell us something about the future. Conservative minded people know the secret, if you want to predict the future get out in front of it and do something to shape the future with your own hands.

Honorable Minister Khalid, now you and Minister of Immigration Mr. Sean Fraser have a better understanding as to why I have been promoting the Carl Cantrell alternative theory on stabilization of the climate since I first read his theory back in 2005.

The truth is that you can do more to decrease global warming by just reducing the average temperature for the Sahara Desert by one or two degrees than if we humans completely quit using fossil fuels and returned to the cave.

So, how would you start working to resolve this problem? Easy, cool the deserts and get some vegetation growing on them as soon as possible. But the method is much more complex than that. You have to use the prevailing trade winds in relation to the deserts to get the best results as quickly as possible and it will be extremely expensive.

Then we build desalination plants along the coast near these water sheds and pipe water to the tops or ridges of the water sheds

This will do a number of things. First, it will increase the moisture in the desert soil so that it will develop water tables and water will begin to run in the streams. This water will increase the amount of vegetation in the area and decrease the amount of heat being generated by sun light cooling the watered area and all areas down wind of the watered area. As more available water evaporates, it will cool the air and reflect more sun light back out into space cooling the area even more. Cooler and more humid air will have less of a heating effect on areas down wind and will reflect more sun light back into space in those areas cooling areas we won't be watering yet. Cooler and more humid air will also have less of a warming effect on our seas and oceans.

Rain water running off of cooler soil will decrease the heating effect on our oceans and our planet crusts which will decrease catastrophic storm activities for other areas and seismic activity for the entire planet. Also, returning more ocean water to the surface and aquifers of our continents will lower the sea levels providing more usable land for us to farm and build on.

With cooler desert areas and increasing vegetation, less water will evaporate from our deserts increasing the amount of surface water even more and increasing the amount of vegetation and animal life by huge amounts because deserts currently take up more than 20% of our land surface. Populations will be able to spread out and there will be less competition for existing land areas.

This strategy has to be done in steps with the first step being to begin slowing the rate at which our global warming is increasing. We need to focus on that until we have brought it to a point to where the temperature is not increasing any more and is reasonably stable. While we are doing this, we need to come to a global consensus of just how cool we want to cool our planet down to. If we cool it down too much, we will begin to have devastatingly harsh winters in large populated areas and even cause an ice age to set in.

Then we begin cooling the planet down to a point which will be most beneficial for all countries or the planet as a whole. We need to gradually bring the temperature down because there may be a lag effect in which the planet will continue cooling after we stop increasing our efforts to cool it off more. We may even want to stop cooling the planet once or twice before we reach our targeted temperatures to see if there is a lag effect

We need to start working on this as soon as possible because, if the planet reaches a point to where it is warming faster than our technology can possibly stop or reverse this warming trend, then our planet is lost and all life will cease to exist on this planet within a relatively short period of time. We will need to start with the largest and hottest deserts because cooling them will have the greatest benefit in the least time. (Global Warming II by biologist Carl Cantrell).

When you take away the way we look, our clothing and even our skin, underneath it all...we are actually vibrational beings made of energy. A moment happened in the beginning of my experience where Albert Einstein, the famous scientist, came forward to speak with me. While at first I could not make out his face, by the 'feel' of his energy I knew exactly who he was as soon as he appeared.

To be perfectly honest, I really never had much of an interest in Einstein before, so I found it interesting that I was seeing him now, and what amazed me at the time was that he seemed to know exactly who I waseven though he died in 1955, 14 years before I was born.

He explained that he wanted to answer a few questions I was starting to have about some of the codes and scientific theories I was now seeing on the screen held behind me. He told me it was important for me to fully understand, so I could accomplish my destiny on Earth. I remember wondering how it was that he could speak of and claim to know of my destiny, when I myself did not have a clue?

As he spoke to me about space, time and relativity I was aware that Einstein had been (and still was) a great teacher who not only had been born to our world, but that he had also come to many other worlds' in God's Super Universe to help them advance in scientific and social understanding. As his energy stood before me, it was like being near an old friend who just happened to be tremendously brilliant, and what I found completely remarkable was how he was able to explain even the most complex notion in such an easy to understand way.

Not only was he incredibly kind, sincere and funny; he always seemed to be completely interested in my views. We started discussing sound and the use of music and harmonies for the purpose of transporting energy into a space. It surprised me that I actually started to believe I knew more about this particular subject than he seemed toand when he showed me a supernaturally displayed diagram of what the Universe looks like before and after sound has entered it, I challenged him in our discussion about the use of tonal dissonance, which led to another discussion about the opening of some sort of time/space portal and the filling of space with atomic, neutrino type matter. I understood that this matter absorbed and recorded absolutely that happened within the space it filled. Without thinking, I began speaking about the use of positive and negative energy, and that if too much challenging energy fills a space, the atmosphere becomes tainted and is never as pure as before. We spoke about Nazi Germany and how the vile actions performed there, when Hitler was in power, forever altered the energies in that part of the world.

Ultimately, Einstein seemed highly interested (and even humored) by my assertions. And as he saw that I was shocked by my own sudden burst of self confidence, he congratulated me on what he called my "chutzpa" (hut-spa)a word I had never heard before until then, which I later found out was a Yiddish term expressing, "sudden and unexpected boldness." While our actual conversation seemed brief in comparison with everything else I encountered during my NDE, Einstein did manage to impart a tremendous amount of information to me in a way that I can only call, "telepathic"not only could I hear his thoughts and explanations fully in my mind, I could also see actual multi-dimensional, moving, colorful demonstrations as well. It was like watching a live documentary that is being broadcast into your mind. Unfortunately, most of what I was shown is not always easy for me to recall at will, but I am sure it is all still subconsciously with me, because I will sometimes find myself suddenly able to explain some of the things Einstein showed me on a "as needed" basis during my one-on-one sessionsand then be completely stunned by what I just remembered!.

My lady guide stepped forward, and with Einstein still standing somewhere near-by, she directed my attention toward the screen hanging to my left. On the screen I watched the beginning of my material existence, where I was a pure, glimmering, baby Soulsurrounded by a tremendous ball of Loving, Golden Light. Then I witnessed my own spiritual evolution and saw that I had existed long before this present incarnation (where I am now a male human known as Christian Andréason.) For me, watching the process of living life, after life, after life unfold, was mind blowing! I undeniably observed that I had lived an innumerable amount of liveswhere I had been born into a human body many, many times as both a woman and a man! This greatly surprised me because up until this time I had been led to believe (by Christian fundamentalist religion) that not only were multiple incarnations not possiblea Soul could only maintain one gender in Heaven.

As my attention turned to the screen in the center, I saw how wise, Elder guides watch over us always, and that with every incarnation they send us to the best places within God's Creation, where we can obtain the most amount of growthaccording to our spiritual needs and over-all Divine purpose.

There was a moment when I was able to travel though the center screen and quite suddenly I found myself visiting a few of these places and remembered having incarnated into some of them. A split second later, my attention was focused on the third screen, that was to my rightand as it came to life, I began to see representations of what were to be my future lives. With both the center screen and the one that was to the right, I actually saw a separate version of myself, three-dimensionallyliving out each incarnation as if it was happening in present time. Seeing this left me totally spellbound!

Once more the energy of Albert Einstein came toward me and he explained that in Heaven's reality, there really was no such a thing as "past lives" or "future lives", as from the view point of Heavenall of our incarnations are actually happening all at once! Einstein taught me how our Spirit is able to divide and subdivide its Self, just like God, as when our Creator formed us, therefore we are able to create a new life for ourselves as our Spirit sees the need. Einstein said, "We are all like cells in the body of God. We never go away. We never leave. All we do is merely merge our preexisting energy together for the purpose of making new cellswhich ultimately represents an extension of our authentic Spirit." The process is completely comparable to how a human body or human life regenerates. Just as we are each extensions of our Earthly parents, we are extensions of our Heavenly parent and Higher Self as well.

"City in Austria Printed Local Currency
Worgl, like many other European towns and cities, was hit hard by the Great Depression. There was mass unemployment; four of the five local factories had closed, and the people were starving in the streets. Nobody had any money to buy anything. One of the features of an economic depression is that there is not enough money in circulation to ensure that people can meet their basic needs, and in the 1930s, the shortage of currency in many countries of the world became catastrophic.

The mayor of Worgl, together with local businessmen, decided to try to break this economic impasse by creating their own local currency. They printed and issued 60,000 Austrian shillings worth of local currency. These shillings could only be spent in Worgl, so they remained in the local community and were exchanged over and over again.

The positive impact was immediate and surprising to everyone. In only six weeks, unemployment disappeared, all the factories had reopened and everyone had food. For the inhabitants of Worgl, the economic depression was gone. This dramatic transformation became known as the “miracle of Worgl.” Surrounding towns, inspired by the success of Worgl, immediately started printing their own local currencies.

Sadly, the miracle did not last long. When the Austrian Central Bank heard about Worgl’s local currency, they initiated legal proceedings against the mayor and local businessmen. According to Austrian banking law, it was illegal for anyone except the Austrian Central Bank to issue money. The bank won the court case, and the mayor was ordered to shut down the local currency, which he did, under threat of imprisonment. The town then returned to the devastating economic depression of the 1930s, with all the human pain and suffering associated with this catastrophe. Factories closed, and once again, the people starved.

Alternative Currency in the U.S.
Irving Fisher, an American professor of economics at Yale University, visited Worgl before the local currency was suppressed and witnessed the ‘miracle’ firsthand. When he returned to the United States, Fisher spread the word by traveling and lecturing across the country, advocating the use of the Worgl ‘scrip’ everywhere. Inspired by his vision, hundreds of communities began issuing their own currency, and by 1934 there were over 1,000 local communities using ‘scrip’ throughout the U.S.

Every one of these communities experienced a tremendous rejuvenation of their local economies. They thrived while others suffered. Fisher then met with President Franklin D. Roosevelt, proposing the implementation of government-sanctioned local ‘scrip’ in every community in America. When FDR consulted with his top financial advisors and bankers, however, he was advised to shut all the ‘scrip’ systems down, which he did. Instead, he borrowed large amounts of money from bankers, at interest, and used it to pay for the Reconstruction Finance Corporation and the other work-creation projects, which collectively came to be known as the ‘New Deal.’ So ended the last widespread use of a local currency within the U.S.

This pattern of economic collapse and re-emergence of local currencies has occurred thousands of times in many parts of the world. When these currencies have failed or have been suppressed, banks have not always been to blame. Sometimes, local currencies fail because they have been badly designed or implemented. Sometimes, people lose interest in them when the mainstream economy recovers. But they have always returned in one form or another during times of economic failure.

Our present world situation is uniquely different. Despite a relatively prosperous and stable world economy, a quiet monetary revolution has been occurring around the globe over the last 20 years. Awareness is growing about the flaws in our current monetary system, and people are re-creating viable alternatives. We are witnessing for the first time the worldwide creation of money systems designed by the people who use them, instead of by central banks." Did this Ontario Councillor do well to make this public apology?

I certainly do think so.... but I know that many will disagree with Ms. Anne Tessier.

‘Unnecessary Harm and Animosity’: Ontario Councillor Apologizes for Mandatory Vaccine Policy

A municipal councillor from West Nipissing in Ontario has issued an apology to community members who were affected by a mandatory vaccination policy that lasted a year.

At a council meeting on Jan. 3, immediately after the council rescinded the municipality’s mandatory vaccination policy, Councillor Anne Tessier said she wanted to apologize for the policy and proceeded to read a statement. An excerpt of her speech surfaced on social media on March 2, while the original full-length council meeting was posted on the council’s YouTube channel.

“I want to take a moment to acknowledge that this policy caused a lot of unnecessary harm and animosity within our workforce and community,” Tessier said.

“I believe that this possible policy was mistakenly adopted 12 months ago. The general population knows that today, that the COVID vaccine doesn’t stop the spread of the virus. Twelve months ago, the municipal council was well aware that the spread did not correlate with vaccination status prior to this policy being adopted.”

Despite a constituent having presented public health Ontario data to the council showing that by January 2022, “there were equally or more cases reported per capita in vaccinated people versus unvaccinated people,” she said, the outcome of the council’s vote “resulted in the implementation of this punitive policy.”

“With all my heart, I extend my apologies to those who were affected negatively by this policy and I hope that as a municipality and a community, we can move forward,” Tessier said.

I personally was scheduled to take the Pfizer Covid 19 vaccine on May 26, 2021 but......
my schedule as a janitor at a school in Nova Scotia gave me the free time to do a lot of research so.......

after listening to Dr. Simone Gold and Robert Malone M.D. I decided that there was no way that I was going to take this experimental vaccine.

I was forced to retire ONE DAY before I would have been put on Unpaid Administrative Leave anyway........

This may seem off topic at first......
but I believe that much of the destruction of the USA and Canadian and world economy of the past ten years......
can be traced back to Jews and Christians seriously misunderstanding the Jewish and the Christian scriptures.

Yes..... and I believe that many of us Christians may tend to misunderstand the rather huge implications of a question that Messiah Yeshua - Jesus asked of the Scribes and Pharisees.

In my opinion.... and I admit that I could be incorrect.... but it seems to me that this response by the Machabees to how to keep the Sabbath when they were attacked by Greco - Syrian armies on the Sabbath.... hints that a Christian or Jew or Messianic Jews can in fact join the military or police....and can take a life in the process of defending somebody who cannot defend themselves..... or also in self defence!!!!

It is my firm belief that the number one technological device to reduce atmospheric greenhouse gases has already been invented. It is the tree.

What is desperately needed at this time is not necessarily a new mechanical device but instead a paradigm shift in economic theory regarding monetary policy. We require a readily understandable explanation on how leaders in business and government can direct not only millions, but actually trillions of dollars of investment into combating global warming.

My name is Dennis Tate. I lived most of my forty seven years in West Lochiel Lake, Guysborough County. I am running for MLA as an independent in the area of Pictou Centre so that I can help as many people as possible become more aware of what I am sure is the real reason why our roads are in disrepair, why hospital beds are unused, why so many of the rural schools have been shut down, why our soldiers in Afghanistan are poorly equipped and why many if not most of our young people may have to leave Nova Scotia to find jobs.

When well trained workers have high quality technology to work with then the total of all wages and benefits paid out to employees is only a fraction of the retail value of the products they produce. As a result of this fact the only way to move products out of warehouses is to extend higher and higher levels of credit. One problem with an abundance of red ink is that compound interest on all this government, business and personal debt over a period of decades will grow to astronomical levels. At this time there is approximately TEN TIMES as much debt in Canada as there is money. A simple explanation for how this happened can be seen here:

In my opinion this rather simple mathematical problem is perhaps the number one cause of inflation in the Canadian economy over the past three decades. This is also perhaps the number one reason why our costs of production are so high and Canadian products cannot compete on the world markets as well as they could under better conditions.

From 1940 to 1970 the Government of Canada put roughly half of the total money supply into the economy through loans issued through the federally owned Bank of Canada. Provincial and municipal governments could borrow the money to build roads, schools, hospitals and sewage treatment facilities at zero or one percent interest. In 1970 we changed our system and since that time a higher and higher percentage of all government debt is financed through loans issued through privately owned banks. At this time it is ninety eight percent. This policy may be great for our banking sector but it was estimated that in the one year of 1995 alone our federal government could have saved roughly SIXTY FIVE BILLION DOLLARS in interest payments if we had gone back to creating half the total money supply through these low interest rate loans issued through the bank that is OWNED BY ALL CANADIANS.

Considering that our deficit was approximately thirty billion dollars for that year, simply by changing back to an already proven monetary and banking system, we could theoretically have had a FEDERAL BUDGET SURPLUS OF THIRTY FIVE BILLION DOLLARS in 1995.

The massive cutbacks in the Canadian military, in health care, highway construction, social programs and education were profoundly affected by these accounting practices?

So what can you and I do about this problem?
1. If we will do our homework and study this question we can put pressure on our provincial level politicians to create a provincially owned bank. A true Bank of Nova Scotia owned by all Nova Scotians could be used to finance town and municipal government projects at zero or one percent interest just as The Bank of Canada used to do.

2. Town and municipal government officials in New Glasgow, Stellarton and Trenton should seriously consider creating a local currency unit such as has been done in Ithaca, New York.

I just completed the first year of the Information Technology Program at Stellarton Campus of NSCC. I am running in Pictou Centre because I know that the towns of New Glasgow, Stellarton and Trenton have the people, the industrial base and the technological capability to become powerhouses of job creation not only for this area but also for all the surrounding regions.

Your theology and a Basic Minimum Income?

I have believed for many years now that if somebody's religious beliefs is PRO-LIFE then they should also tend to support a Basic Minimum Income for all citizens as was advocated by Economist Milton Friedman.

An UNCONDITIONAL BASIC MINIMUM INCOME would give added life to organizations that are attempting to help the homeless.... drug addicts....... alcoholics...... the sex industry... gambling.... and would become a source of revenue that courts could divert over from fathers to a mom who has custody of the children and is actually caring for the children!

I am Pro - Life and I definitely think that an unconditional Basic Minimum Income to all citizens will positively alter the economy of The United States and Canada and soon other nations will follow suit because our history shows how this idea goes back many decades.

There will be a future re-union of Judah and Joseph. Neither the MALBIM nor Rabbi Schneerson were consciously aware that JOSEPH is to be identified with the "Anglo-Saxon" related peoples, i.e. the British, North Americans, and their "colonial" cousins. At first the union [of Judah with Joseph] comes about through arousal from below by way of nature [through our actions] as it says, “Join them one to another into one stick.” And afterwards [the re-union is confirmed] in a miraculous manner, [through the hand of God, as it says in Ezekiel “they shall become on in Your hand” meaning they shall become re-united in the hand of God! Comes From the North “Kol HaTor” says [2.11] “His glory is like the firstborn of his bull” (Deuteronomy 33;17). The MESSIAH SON OF JOSEPH comes from the north side and will be aroused by himself. i.e. The MESSIAH SON OF JOSEPH will come from somewhere in the north or at least to the north of the Land of Israel. The MESSIAH SON OF JOSEPH will Defeat Esau meaning the forces of Europe. “Kol HaTor” says [2.17] The guardian angel of Esau will be pulled down by the guardian angel of Joseph (This is also spoken about in the Biblical Book of Obadiah. We will discuss this subject and the Book of Obadiah in another talk). Expands Borders of Israel, Wars Against Amalek “Kol HaTor” says [2.36] “Enlarge the place of your tent and let them stretch forth the curtains of your habitations...” (Isaiah 54;2). The commandment to expand the borders [of Israel] is part of the task of the MESSIAH SON OF JOSEPH. The MESSIAH SON OF JOSEPH has the duty of waging war against Amalek and of expanding the borders of Israel and of protecting Israel from destruction. Comment: “Amalek” represents anti-Semitism and the attempt to exterminate the Jewish people. Britain and America in the 19th and early 20th century did often attempt to protect the Jews in Europe from Anti-Semitism. In the Second World War Britain and the USA defeated Nazi Germany and Japan. Nazi Germany had planned to exterminate the Jewish people and did murder one-third of the total Jewish population in the World at that time.

Since the founding of the State of Israel in 1948 the USA has often helped protect the State of Israel from destruction. The USA has not however really helped Israel expand her borders. On the contrary the USA has often forced Israel to give up territories it had liberated and to constrict her borders, but maybe that will change. Maybe the USA and Britain will help Israel expand her borders in the future as the MESSIAH SON OF JOSEPH is supposed to do. Ingathers the Exiles “Kol HaTor” says [2.40] “His [i.e. Joseph’s] bow abode in strength” (Genesis 49;24). This should be an important principle for us. We have to stand obstinately strong in the holy work of gathering in the exiles which is the task of the first redeemer [i.e. of the MESSIAH SON OF JOSEPH]. Purifies the Land of Israel “Kol HaTor” says [2.41] “And Joseph was governor over the land” (Genesis 42;6). This means he will overcome all the forces of impurity. This is one of the great tasks of the First Redeemer [of the MESSIAH SON OF JOSEPH]: to extirpate the spirit of impurity from the country by means of settling the Holy Land. "Friendly Favors" in the US put everyone's picture on their own Timedollars which, like Travelers' Checks, became good when they were signed. Anyone could then take and pass them along like Travelers Checks.

Mexico City Tlalocs had 10 endorsers backing each note. When you sign your check over to someone, they endorse the back to deposit. When signing over your Tlaloc for the first 10 trades, you endorsed the back. I can endorse your note to the next guy taking it that I verified you as he verifies me. And the fourth endorser can certify he got it from a previous endorser. You're sure 10 members will take that Tlaloc back! So I've added spots for 3 endorsements on the back of each note. That's 4 people who will redeem that Timedollar IOU for sure, not 10 like Tlalocs, but good-enough backed when my online transactions are only backed up by me and they're the larger ones.

Someday. the money-collectors will love the diversity of quadruple-endorsed notes! Community currencies are already collectors' items. You might get one with some future great name!

I believe that the economic aspect of this COVID 19 crisis is so serious that we need to resort to drastic measures to prevent the USA and Canadian economies from falling into another 1929.

I personally think that the most logical organizations to inspire to do part of this are
1. local municipal governments
2. churches
3. charitable organizations that are already attempting to help the poor such as Food Banks

Large churches in democratic nations should print their own currencies.

Worgl, like many other European towns and cities, was hit hard by the Great Depression. There was mass unemployment; four of the five local factories had closed, and the people were starving in the streets. Nobody had any money to buy anything. One of the features of an economic depression is that there is not enough money in circulation to ensure that people can meet their basic needs, and in the 1930s, the shortage of currency in many countries of the world became catastrophic.

The mayor of Worgl, together with local businessmen, decided to try to break this economic impasse by creating their own local currency. They printed and issued 60,000 Austrian shillings worth of local currency. These shillings could only be spent in Worgl, so they remained in the local community and were exchanged over and over again.

The positive impact was immediate and surprising to everyone. In only six weeks, unemployment disappeared, all the factories had reopened and everyone had food. For the inhabitants of Worgl, the economic depression was gone. This dramatic transformation became known as the “miracle of Worgl.” Surrounding towns, inspired by the success of Worgl, immediately started printing their own local currencies.

Sadly, the miracle did not last long. When the Austrian Central Bank heard about Worgl’s local currency, they initiated legal proceedings against the mayor and local businessmen. According to Austrian banking law, it was illegal for anyone except the Austrian Central Bank to issue money. The bank won the court case, and the mayor was ordered to shut down the local currency, which he did, under threat of imprisonment. The town then returned to the devastating economic depression of the 1930s, with all the human pain and suffering associated with this catastrophe. Factories closed, and once again, the people starved.

Alternative Currency in the U.S.
Irving Fisher, an American professor of economics at Yale University, visited Worgl before the local currency was suppressed and witnessed the ‘miracle’ firsthand. When he returned to the United States, Fisher spread the word by traveling and lecturing across the country, advocating the use of the Worgl ‘scrip’ everywhere. Inspired by his vision, hundreds of communities began issuing their own currency, and by 1934 there were over 1,000 local communities using ‘scrip’ throughout the U.S.

Every one of these communities experienced a tremendous rejuvenation of their local economies. They thrived while others suffered. Fisher then met with President Franklin D. Roosevelt, proposing the implementation of government-sanctioned local ‘scrip’ in every community in America. When FDR consulted with his top financial advisors and bankers, however, he was advised to shut all the ‘scrip’ systems down, which he did. Instead, he borrowed large amounts of money from bankers, at interest, and used it to pay for the Reconstruction Finance Corporation and the other work-creation projects, which collectively came to be known as the ‘New Deal.’ So ended the last widespread use of a local currency within the U.S.

This pattern of economic collapse and re-emergence of local currencies has occurred thousands of times in many parts of the world. When these currencies have failed or have been suppressed, banks have not always been to blame. Sometimes, local currencies fail because they have been badly designed or implemented. Sometimes, people lose interest in them when the mainstream economy recovers. But they have always returned in one form or another during times of economic failure.

Our present world situation is uniquely different. Despite a relatively prosperous and stable world economy, a quiet monetary revolution has been occurring around the globe over the last 20 years. Awareness is growing about the flaws in our current monetary system, and people are re-creating viable alternatives. We are witnessing for the first time the worldwide creation of money systems designed by the people who use them, instead of by central banks.

In 2001 and 2002 I assisted my third wife to improve her English and her income surged by about four hundred percent in one year! (Around three hundred and fifty dollars U.S. as a tri-lingual Secretary but within months she was handling more and more clients marketing roses which is why her income jumped so rapidly).

Her first language is Spanish.....
her second language is German....
.... English is her third language and now she is working on her Brazilian, Portuguese!

In 1989 or 1990 I taught my step-son to improve his chess game.... and he became Provincial Champion for Grade Five students in three months.....
during the March Break a few months later I took him to the Canadian national championships and he did win against the Grade five champion from Saskatchewan, (which proved that his wins in Nova Scotia were indeed well earned).

Everything that I write is a bit like a gambit...... .or a form is FISHING.... and I am hoping that one of these days I will run into some truly brilliant questions regarding the rather unusual concepts that I do toss out there......
