Target has a perfect right to sell gay and trans merchandise, but why does it need to be placed in the front of the store in the prime retail space? Despite what the Democrat Party wants you to think, they are still a minority, and trans people are a small minority.

The answer is Target is going for a higher ESG scores to please the woke financial bullies. The goal of ESG is to force compliance and get enough people to support their political agenda.

To hell with them, and hope Target and other big companies learn the meaning of the phrase, “If you go woke, you go broke.”

I don’t know. My niece was convinced that their male child was transsexual at a very early age. She has been on the drugs for a few years, and is getting ready to start taking the stuff that will stunt her growth. I would have been far more cautious about this, but it’s their child.

I am convinced that gay and transgender is genetic. On one side of my brother-in-law’s wife’s family, all of the men are gay. It does not look like a voluntary choice to me.

 

As 1 gay person who was growing up in the 1970s told me, why would I choose to be tortured and ridiculed all my life.

Why would anyone choose that torturous life?

 

A better question is why do you care? Are YOU gonna go searching stores for those clothes?

My sister in law's two bothers are gay, and her twin sons are also gay. One of the brothers are a very conservative Republican. He's more hard line than I am. The gay twins are self described socialists.

How would you feel about Target having a front and center prominently displayed section of tie-dyed clothes aimed at children that is promoting an anti abortion message? Would the fact that it is tie-dyed lessen your opposition in any way?

My position is that I should not know where a company stands on controversial issues. Tie-dyed or not could not possibly be more irrelevant.

 

As old guy who is into something different, I like the tie-dyed t-shirts from the Florida theme parks. None it is the rainbow colors that that gays advocate, however.

LOL.....I guess that is what they call whistling by the graveyard. The underlying point is that whether it is tie-dyed could not possibly be more irrelevant to the controversy. It's mostly conservative that tend to own boats because they don't give those away in social welfare programs. You actually have to work to own a boat.

Even my somewhat poor ass owns two boats even though I have to paddle them.
