That's one hell of a beard on a biological woman.

But I am a bio woman and I dont understand why a person who looks like that should be in a men’s room. You do realize that you’re arguing for trans men who look like men to be using a woman’s bathroom, right? Why are you comfortable with that? Seriously. If I think a man is in the bathroom, that creates a different situation than seeing Kim Petrus in a woman’s room. Nothing about Kim being in the bathroom would be out of place. Look at this trans man. It’s hilarious that people think trans men should be in women’s rooms. It’s a man in a women’s bathroom.

Okay, so you don't like the word pro-abortion so I won't use it. Don't muddy the waters and make it personally about me. I am pro-choice-personally pro-Life, but my point that you obviously missed or deliberately skirted is that there are plenty of women on "your side", on the left who are pro-choice, and vote Democrat. You're the poster, a man, who decided to use your side as a qualifier, when you said, "your side" deeply offended women. My side did not offend women so spare us your manly ridicule.

No, YOU brought up your profoundly insulting idea of women being irresponsible as a significant point of your argument. You didn't bring up any of the other SERIOUS issues.

And, suggesting that the irresponsibility of women is ANY PART OF ANY argument is total BS.

Your approach is pure misogyny and now you're dodging, which means that YOU don't understand this topic - not even slightly.

I believe most woman would prefer to not have biological men in the bathroom/locker room with them.

Suggesting that there are so many irresponsible women as to make women's irresponsibility a factor in this discussion is what is MAJORLY offensive.

My only argument is that most women would prefer to not have biological males in bathrooms/locker rooms with them.

Idk, I have a hard time believing what this poster says. She loves LGBT but supports DeSantis policies in Florida, and she’s personally pro choice, so she was upset when Roe was overturned? I don’t think so. I recall her being excited to put ACB on the court after RBG died. It was another I was on at the time.

    These claims don’t add up.

People who look like men and identify as men shouldn’t be using women’s facilities. We aren’t in the same page apparently. Trans men shouldn’t be in my bathroom. What kind of man wants a trans woman in his bathroom? I can’t make sense if it.

As a man, I'm very supportive of women who struggle with difficult pregnancies. We should help them any way we can. They should have access to superior health care. But they should also have access to abortion.

We have come a long way in the last century or so in making childbirth much safer, a wonderful development for women and the men who care about them. Let's not screw it up with laws repressing women.

If they want to have their drag shows. Fine, but leave the kids out of it. People who are saying that kids aren't being exposed to drag aren't informed because they most certainly are and in the case of MT. and TN. have been exposed to it.

Montana is first state to ban drag reading events on public property (usatoday.com)

There are some schools who are hosting drag events, storybook hour is being hosted by drags.
Pennsylvania School Hosts Drag Show for Kids Without Parent's Permission (townhall.com)

What makes the school officials believe they don't need to get parental permission for drags reading to young children?

A Lancaster, Pennsylvania school is in hot water for allowing its LGBTQ club to stage a drag show on school property without parent’s permission.

Leaked photos and videos show several provocatively dressed drag queens flaunting across the school’s stage performing lewd dance moves in front of a group of minors.

Reportedly, school administrators were forced to apologize and place a nine-year veteran French teacher, Kelly Tyson, who identifies as “queer,” on leave, pending a full investigation for helping organizing the event.

The school’s Gender Sexuality Alliance (GSA) club held the show after hours, hosting drag queens by the names of “Majestee,” “Enigma,” and “Hexxa.”

Meredith Hilt, a parent in the school district was shocked and appalled by the dancer’s outfits, which “exposed butt cheeks and tight leotards with visible bulges.” She also noted that “most who defended the drag show, reversed their opinion when they saw the videos.”

    Yes, I know.

But, that is just plain NOT acceptable.

This issue is NOT about women, ANY women being irresponsible. That's a misogynistic pejorative, and casts the issue as a case where we all have to take care of women who can't act responsibly.

There is serious healthcare at stake here. There is personal bodily autonomy being assaulted. There are women who have been raped.

The idea that women, ANY number of women are so irresponsible that it's rational to deny healthcare and bodily integrity to women is just plain shocking.

I hope you aren't sucked in by such a disgusting attitude toward women - ANY women.

That's going to take time. You have to remember that this is still a center-right country. For now, this remains a stateside issue, and the more conservative states representatives will vote in accordance to who they represent. (4 in 6 are still Pro-Life according to Statista) Eventually, when congress has a majority of Democrats, (House and Senate), they will codify Choice as the law.

I don’t care who is in a bathroom with me. As I keep stating, I believe most biological women do not want biological men in the same bathroom/locker room. There is a reason why there are different bathrooms/locker rooms for biological men and biological women. Most women are simply uncomfortable with sharing a bathroom/locker room with biological men. I’m not sure what is do hard to understand about that.

Why are you, a woman, comfortable with men in your bathroom and Lockeroom?

People are individuals and have a right to say what is comfortable for them. It needs not to be explained. It's a matter of common sense.

I went to high school with a few girls who had teen pregnancies. Quite a few of them were treated like **** and with judgement. It’s very hurtful and painful, and a lot of times it comes from social conservatives, people who don’t even like abortion. It’s like, “look at you, getting knocked up out of wedlock.”

I remember Bristol Palin’s second pregnancy announcement. She spent her youth raising one baby, then became an abstinence only speaker, then had a second unplanned pregnancy out of wedlock. Her announcement was full of disappointment in herself, but I am sure that’s what she was taught.

An unplanned pregnancy should not be about failure, shame, or being a slut. The majority of Americans should learn it’s just none of their damn business.

How bathrooms are handled can not possibly be the central issue here.

Allowing a trans parade in public is not an assault on bathrooms.

    Reality check:

"In 2022, 55 percent of respondents stated they consider themselves pro-choice, meaning they would leave the decision to abort a pregnancy up to the pregnant woman. Pro-life supporters, which made up 39 percent as well in the same year, on the other hand, oppose abortion altogether."

    Statista

Other polling agencies agree, or even extend the number who want abortion to be legal in all or most circumstances:

    https://www.pewresearch.org/religion/fact-sheet/public-opinion-on-abortion/

This study shows 63% of women in favor of abortion in all or most cases, and 58% of men holding that position.

In fact, this shows that the only religious group that is ant-abortion as a group are white evangelical protestants.
