Unless he enters a guilty plea, evidence will be presented at trial, and Trump's defense attorneys will attempt to refute as much of it as they can.

His treating the nation's security and the safety of dedicated public servants with such reckless contempt will be featured, no doubt.

The DOJ shouldn't let politics factor in to their decisions. I'm glad they didn't do that this time.

It's not some profound realization that this indictment helps Trump win the nomination. It's been known throughout this whole process. Yet, Biden's DOJ still decided that the rule of law matters more than politics.

I want to know how that happened. Did they stack up the boxes, then some guest at Trump's hotel was in there snooping around, and knocked them over and ran out?

It seems to me that if anyone working for Trump had knocked those boxes over, they would have set them back up.

The laws covering classified documents are not new. Trump knew those laws, has admitted as much, and it is quite clear from solid evidence, witness testimony, and Trump's own careless and stupid words that his intent was criminal both when he took the documents and when he refused to return them. He asked for this, imho.

As to your question, no, I do not. In Trump's documents case, there is a boatload of clear evidence, some of it coming from his own unrestrained mouth. In Biden's non-case, I've yet to see any solid evidence. Got some?

Trump is being charged with willful retention of intelligence about the “defense and weapons capabilities” of the United States and foreign countries and obstruction of justice and false statements.
What specific national intelligence documents did Biden have and did he try to obstruct justice and provide false statements?

Would still vote for Trump over Biden. The country is falling apart and we are the closest we've been to nuclear holocaust since the Cuban missile crisis. Nothing Biden has done in office has made anything better, and in most cases he's made things substantially worse.

This is getting off topic now. I don't support his tweet request. I don't believe in that level of censcorship but I believe he was actually banned from it so there went his right to defend anything said. We are still dealing with extreme political based use of the law here
