If by "Vlad" you mean Putin, why should he be afraid of free and prosperous democracies? For example, Russia is a free and prosperous democracy, why should he fear Russia?
By the way, Russia is the only country in the world where the cost of food is going down - speaking of prosperous.

China is doing about all it can to get a grip of Africa’s resources. They are buying land in Africa, “helping” build infrastructure in Africa. This is not China being nice guys it’s China betting it’s caws in to grip Africa. The US is not in any way a “theorist” state. Russia is a terrorist state and China has shown terrorist activities just ask the people of Tibet and the Weigers, or Hong Kong or Nationalist China ( aka Formosa/Taiwan).
