https://www.axios.com/2023/08/02/tr...tter&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=editorial You've got to love it when they say the quiet part out loud. Do you think they can craft enough Trump indictments to hide all the Biden bad news? As the article notes, there's a lot more coming and really they're going to run out of pretend charges to file against Trump. I suspect they'll just move on to charging other Republicans. Since clearly no one can believe anything but the media narrative, we now "all know" that speaking against that narrative is a conspiracy to engage in some other form of crime. Republicans who point out the bond rating downgrades can't honestly believe our financial situation is deteriorating or that President Biden is doing a bad job. Why just look at the reported statement of Biden's press secretary... Republicans are engaged in a conspiracy to undermine the government, and democracy and of course not agreeing to the narrative that taxes are just the portion of your labors that government has decided you are allowed to keep are "giveaways for the wealthy and corporations." All of these are basically an insurrection. They should be charged. Everyone who denies the narrative should be charged and we need many more charges to distract from the bad news because there isn't really any bad news. The people saying there are bad news are engaged in a conspiracy to commit a crime. We know this otherwise they would agree with the Democrats, the media, all the approved and trusted sources that tell you what and how you must think. If you engage in wrongthink, it is a crime. Of course the biggest crime is pointing out any Democrat failure. Those don't exist. That is all misinformation and disinformation. You're a foreign agent engaged in undermining the government and democracy. You're a threat to our economy. You should be in jail. It's not a coincidence. It's the plan. Hope on board, unless you want to catch a charge or two. After all, there's lots of distractions needed not for the bad news, just the not-so-great news. President Biden never has bad news. He never does anything wrong. If you say he does, well that's a conspiracy which of course is a crime. Enjoy your day and remember, Big Brother is watching.
Those seeking truth will do well to view any matters relating to either Mr. Donald Trump or President Joseph Biden as stand-alone events. The ploy of 'what about-ism' is easily recognizable and can be ignored. Regards, stay safe 'n well . . . informed.
Trump just should have accepted his loss in 2020 like a Man (and, not a sniveling tinfoil hat crybaby), and he wouldn't be dealing with these criminal charges during the 2024 campaign... BUT, being the C!ueless MORON (whom everybody knows that he is) Trump effed up...
Trump put a tremendous pressure on all kinds of individuals to never mind the will of the people on how they did vote. And not ones, he did it all over, all the way till the end when his supporters were storming the Capitol. I wouldn't know why this one should be getting the a slap on the wrist. The guy is a danger to our democracy if he looses.
I don't give a rat's ass about Joe Biden but it's good that Trump is finally being made to take responsibility for his actions. His supporters will of course continue the denial of reality they've become quite good at since 2016 but that's to be expected, just like it's expected that Biden supporters will brush off his potential involvement in criminal activity.
He put tremendous pressure (your MSNBC approved dogmatic talking point) on all those people by doing what exactly? Did he order the National Guard into their states? Did he use the powers of his office against them? He spoke. That's what he did. He spoke. You want to criminalize speech. Actions? I think you mean his speech. As for denial of reality. Did Trump steal nuclear codes? Was he a foreign asset as proven by his tax records? Was he a Russian agent? At this stage it is all those claims about Russian pee tapes, foreign loans, and so much more that are the conspiracy. Trump was impeached for a phone call. In Georgia the claimed pending indictment is about a phone call. The first round of NY indictments were for claimed miscategorizing of expenses on taxes to cover a crime, but no crime is named. The Jack Smith charges are for mishandling classified documents. All these are process crimes backed up by wrong thought and wrong speech. If you endorse that you're the problem.
Fake news, fake news... That's all Trump and his fans had to say whenever news unfavorable to him were published. Now, they cry when Dems shrug off all the Hunter propaganda as fake news as well. It shouldn't be surprising that the Dems can also play this game. Second, I wonder what you are going to say if DeSantis wins the GOP nomination (I know, unlikely), but Trump doesn't accept the defeat. It's not like you hadn't been warned.
Lol…trump has committed so many crimes, we are spoilt for choice. The ones he needs to be convicted for are regarding his seditious actions when he spent two months trying to overturn the election, so the forthcoming Georgia indictments are also important. You people really know how to pick them, eh? And I see that the maga sheeple will dutifully nominate the orange traitor again, so don’t blame me when he loses you people yet another election.
It's VERY easy to see the manipulation if the media. Everytime for news comes out about Biden, literally the next day there are big nothing burger stories about Trump or some other world event. The ones at the helm know many Americans are too stupid to see it.
When this is plotting against the will of the people to undermine democracy,... yup. It's not any different than plotting to commit some assault on an institution or person. But hey. If you want terrorist in the US to just openly plan their next attack under the guise of free speech, good luck with that idea. It's not going to convince anybody except people who insist the culprit is above the law.
Well, aren't Fox News and other RW media part of the media, too? Don't they run defense for Trump and attacks on Biden 24/7? Are Fox watchers too stupid to see it? Or do they like it that way, to be lied to 24/7 to confirm their biases?
Did we miss something? Was Trump not acquitted of this in the second fake impeachment? But, but, but ...... that's not a court of law they say.... it is just a "court of public opinion" with a one sided presentation with no representation or cross examination... If they can't bring Trump down with a second impeachment, then they form a select committee of the VERY SAME PEOPLE who voted him impeached, ran a scam one sided TV show without representation and cross examination... another "notta court" but a "court of public opinion".. another "one sided presentation with no representation or cross examination"... So now we have an "indictment" which is just allegations without proof or evidence at this point..... but, but, but Smith would surely have evidence or proof or he would not have put in in the indictment..... NO HE DOESN'T.... the purpose of Jack Smith's scam is to tie Trump up in court by all means.... Jack Smith has unlimited funding (your money) to play in court all day long... Jack Smith can charge Trump with spitting on the sidewalk and then we have to play the game of court and lawyers and discovery and go through it all again... Remember Jack Smith is a lawyer and like wrestling a pig in the mud he enjoys it while we get nasty and dirty... AND WE ARE PAYING FOR THIS SCAM... And the best part most folks don't understand..... Discovery Just asking for a friend...
MAGAs all have the same problem: they comment without having read. If you had read the indictment instead of swallowing the right-wing media propaganda, you would have seen that Trump is being prosecuted for plotting to illegally overturn the election. Not for repeatedly saying publicly that he believed the election was rigged. And luckily, it's still illegal in this country to lie to get something. It's called fraud. This is why Trump is being sued for attempting to defraud the US. I just briefed you on the facts, are you happy?
If you want to hear "Biden bad news", just turn on FOX, Tucker, of any other RW source. Its all they talk about.
Trump was acquitted by the Senate because a majority of Senate Republicans didn't have the balls to put the country before MAGA. Now, they are paying the price, with Trump continuing to pull the GOP into the gutter.
it's not for political purposes, not prosecuting him would be for political purposes and how we reward ex-presidents that go away and crawl under a rock for the most part when they have commited crimes
No, they’re too smart to fall for desperate maga conspiracy theories about how the whole world is plotting against trump. Face it, you backed a seditious criminal and his chickens are coming home to roost.
Axios caries the water for the Democrat party. I don't understand why we even needed another Democrat news source who openly writes "why it matters" which is a flag for .............opinion. But, if you add more media sites that parrot what is written on mediamatters.org then like all lies, repeat enough and people will believe it
Wait, you think the credit rating change has something to do with something Biden did? The Republican should be glad that Trump's indictment is distracting from the credit rating change.
