A lot of that is just straight out of the State department handbook but the state department hasn't been right on the middle east in several decades. Like it or not Hamas just gave Israel all the permission they need to go in and clean out that nest of vipers once and for all and based on Netanyahu's comments that is exactly what he plans on doing. One of the questions I have that none of the talking heads on TV are discussing is Hamas and Iran knew Israel would respond. So I'm sitting here thinking they might have tons of booby traps and huge bombs in Gaza just waiting for the Israelis to get close enough to them before they detonate everything.

 

That would depend on some one being able to crawl over under the ruble and find the switch and the air attack not setting them off as secondary explosion.
