This is about a video by Leeja Miller, an attorney. The summary of transcript of the video, below. I recommend watching the video, it's about 1/2 hour long and robustly presented, and documented, based on the Heritage Foundation's 920 page book, entitled. "Mandate for Leadership, Project 2025".

    https://thf_media.s3.amazonaws.com/project2025/2025_MandateForLeadership_FULL.pdf

I think it is important for all liberals and Democrats to be made aware of this extreme right wing agenda, which, though purporting to operate under the banner of 'freedom and the constitution', it's actual objectives are quite the opposite, from the institutionalizing the 'Unitary Executive Theory" (unconstitutional has hell, makes the Prez a veritable dictator with no checks and balances on his power) to the gutting of all the administrative agencies that benefit America (such as the EPA, the FDA, etc) under the banner of 'descontructing the administrative state'.

About Leeja Miller (in her own words)

    https://www.leejamiller.com/about-1
I’m a real life lawyer on a mission to demystify the law and how it affects your everyday life.
I do this through innovative and entertaining content creation that uses current events and pop culture to uncover the way the United States legal system works, why it functions the way it does, and how to question and dismantle the things that aren’t working. Basically, I’m creating the content I needed when I was a law student and new lawyer.

Yes, you can be badass, tattooed, and opinionated and also be a lawyer. People do it everyday. And you don’t need anyone’s permission either. (This is a message from me to younger me. And also maybe to you if you need it, too.)

Summary of the video, link below:

    Overview:

    00:00:00 - 00:35:00
The video discusses a conservative plan called Project 2025, which aims to reshape the U.S. government in favor of far-right policies. The plan includes a 920-page manifesto titled "Mandate for Leadership," personnel training, an online Institute, and a 180-day playbook. The goal is to implement conservative principles and ideologies, concentrate power in the hands of the president, and dismantle the administrative state. The plan is criticized for potentially undermining checks and balances and concentrating too much power in one branch of government. It also includes draconian measures that would impact LGBTQ rights and reproductive rights. The video urges viewers to be aware of this plan and vote against a Republican presidency in 2024 to prevent its implementation.

    Sectional summaries:

00:00:00 In this section, the video discusses a conservative plan called Project 2025, which aims to take over the country and reshape the U.S. government in favor of far-right policies. The plan involves a 920-page manifesto titled "Mandate for Leadership," authored by 35 individuals affiliated with the far-right Heritage Foundation. It outlines a comprehensive strategy to concentrate power in the hands of the president and push the limits of presidential power, disregarding the balance between the three branches of government. Project 2025 also includes a personnel database to recruit conservatives for various positions, with the ultimate goal of implementing their agenda regardless of who wins the Republican nomination. The video warns that this plan could have devastating consequences for the country.

00:05:00 In this section, the speaker (Leeja) discusses the four pillars of Project 2025, which is a conservative plan aiming to overhaul the U.S. government from the inside out. The first pillar is policy, which is outlined in a 920-page manifesto. The manifesto lays out the various goals and objectives, including restoring conservative values, implementing draconian policies, and gutting government agencies. The language used throughout the manifesto is militant and meant to evoke a sense of patriotic duty. The second pillar is personnel training, which involves preparing individuals to push conservative policies from day one of a new conservative presidency. The third pillar is an online Institute that provides training to foot soldiers of the conservative agenda. The fourth pillar is a 180-day playbook, which serves as a step-by-step guide for the next conservative president to implement policies in the first 180 days of their term. Overall, Project 2025 aims to transform the country based on conservative principles and ideologies.

00:10:00 In this section, the transcript discusses the conservative plan to dismantle the administrative state and concentrate power in the hands of the president. The administrative state refers to the various governmental agencies that manage the day-to-day operations of the country and create regulations for different sectors. While it is not explicitly mentioned in the Constitution, there has been debate about its constitutionality for centuries. The conservative plan aims to gut the administrative state and further the unitary executive theory, which concentrates power in the hands of the president. This plan is criticized for potentially undermining the checks and balances system and concentrating too much power in one branch of government. However, it is important to note that administrative agencies play a crucial role in implementing laws and regulations and have subject matter experts who are better positioned to handle specific issues.

00:15:00 In this section, the excerpt discusses the power wielded by administrative bodies and the conservative plan, known as Project 2025, to dismantle and reform these agencies. The conservative movement argues that there are too many bureaucrats and that the president doesn't have enough power to manage them. They propose firing supposedly "unfireable" bureaucrats, shutting down corrupt offices, and restoring constitutional authority over the administrative state. The excerpt also mentions the unitary executive theory, which posits that the president has complete control over the executive branch and rejects the idea of three equal branches of government. This theory gained prominence during Reagan's presidency, proliferated under George W. Bush, and was tested by subsequent presidents, including Obama and Trump. However, even scholars in favor of executive power have expressed concerns about Trump's use of presidential power. Project 2025 supports the idea that the president should have vast control over administrative agencies, limiting Congress's ability to intervene.

00:20:00 In this section, the focus is on the conservative plan to consolidate executive authority and implement an expansive overhaul of every administrative agency in the country. The plan, known as Project 2025, aims to strip employment protections from career officials and concentrate more power in the hands of the president, effectively removing checks and balances. The goal is to create a system that functions in a conservative manner and further conservative agendas, including pushing away from environmental protections, promoting American corporations to prioritize domestic interests over foreign investors, and addressing what they perceive as an outsized obsession with China. The report also expresses concerns about illegal immigration, economic engagement with China, and the proliferation of LGBTQ ideas and transgenderism.

00:25:00 In this section, the conservative plan outlined in the manifesto includes draconian measures that critics argue would effectively criminalize LGBTQ expression, delete terms related to sexual orientation and gender identity from federal rules and legislation, outlaw pornography and imprison those who produce and distribute it, and strip protections for LGBTQ individuals and women. The manifesto also heavily references the Bible and traditional family values, demonizes single mothers, and aims to secure "god-given individual rights" against the "woke agenda." The plan expresses concern about the government's interference with churches and religious institutions, advocates for strict Sabbath observance, and calls for special attention to be paid to religious freedom, particularly for Middle Eastern Christians. Overall, the manifesto reveals a conservative agenda that seeks to reshape American society according to their traditional values and beliefs.

00:30:00 In this section, the speaker discusses the four pillars of Project 2025, a conservative plan to push a Christian nationalist agenda at every level of government. The first pillar is a 920-page manifesto that sets the foundation for implementing conservative policies. The second pillar is the creation of a Personnel database, which aims to gather qualified conservatives to fill government positions. The third pillar is the establishment of a presidential Administration Academy to train potential appointees. The final pillar is the 180-day Playbook, which will provide a transition plan for federal agencies. The speaker emphasizes the gravity of this plan and urges listeners to vote against a Republican presidency in 2024, as the implementation of these policies could lead to chaos.

00:35:00 In this section of the video, it suggests that the conservative plan known as "Project 2025" could potentially lead to chaos and a further erosion of trust in the government. The plan, which includes policies like rolling back same-sex marriage and abortion rights, and opposing carbon neutrality, goes against the majority of Americans' beliefs and values. The hope is that by sharing this information and raising awareness, more people will vote to prevent the implementation of this extreme plan.

(Summary provided by www.summarize.tech. Caveat: I've not checked it for accuracy though a cursory read looks good after watching the video.)

Dear Dems, make sure your vote in 2024!!!!!

In the middle of two international crises

There is no speaker of the house

There is no confirmed head of the Navy

There is no confirmed head of the Air Force

There is no ambassador to Israel

There is no ambassador to Egypt

    There is no US budget

    All because of REPUBLICANS

But they are working diligently on stealing elections, gerrymandering, voiding the will of the people, and stuff like this.

8 republicans voted to oust McCarthy.

Over 200 Democrats voted to oust McCarthy.

yet somehow it’s republicans fault we don’t have a speaker and you’re really mad about it.

LOL. Why should I continue with the rest of your little tripe post when you’re clearly so willing to BS about who’s to blame?

*Hopefully my sarcasm translated successfully over the digital medium upon which I have expressed my communication here...

I 100% agree with dismantling numerous federal agencies.

I am not Republican, and that isn't an attempt to "over take" the country

My supported agenda is in alignment with the principals of the Founding fathers for a limited central government that doesn't centralize power away from the states.

Much like the balance of powers between branches of federal government, a balance of power exists between the federal and state governments that has been being unbalanced by the fed for decades.

See Federalist Papers 45 and the 10th Amendment.

You mean Democrats want their party leader and don’t want a neo-conservative that is pushing election lies while your party cannot even gain enough votes as majority party to function?

Your current option can barely break 100 votes.

As to you continuing with anything, I really couldn’t care less. It’s 100 percent the fault of Republicans. And I hope voters completely destroy them in 2024 and beyond

They want to establish a theocracy. That has been their goal since the Reagan years. Now they are willing to thwart democracy in order to achieve it, even if it means violence. Jan 6th was a dress rehearsal.

Newsflash: parroting excuses for responsibility does not negate responsibility. Democrats voted to blow up the speakership. They own it

Pure moo moo poo poo. Scare stories and distortions. " Destroying the administrative state" rearally means doing away with layer and layers of unnecessary bureaucracy, becoming more responsible to the voting public. Just a laundry list of talking points they hope will resonate with the various victim groups the left has tried to cultivate.
