Donald Trump rails against judge, AG as he takes witness stand in NYC fraud trial

Trump is in court (and has been indicted in other jurisdictions) because there is credible (and sufficient) evidence that he broke the law. This is what happens when the evidence shows someone broke the law. Are you suggesting Trump should not have to face these proceedings because he’s running for office?

 

I am sure he broke laws. Dig deep enough and we are all criminals. This case appears to be politically motivated. This strategy will backfire on dems.

He is. Indeed. Selling a political product. Himself. And he is using a courtroom to sell ideas about that courtroom to his Following. I can't speak for anyone else, but if/when I am in court, I follow the rules. Trump doesn't have the capacity to follow rules.

Your statement is false. My main issue with political parties is their level of power. While your side may be holding the leash now, the pendulum does swing and Reps will be giving your guys the trump-treatment. I understand that an independent position appears far right from the extreme left point of view.

You may just have a spiteful Trump in the White House thanks to this political strategy.

We are not talking about jaywalking or pulling the tag off of a mattress. The evidence clearly shows that Trump has violated some very serious and major laws. I'm trying to figure out why you think he should not be held accountable.

 

Judges not only uphold decorum, but if anyone in the room is allowed to just yell out loud, “thats a lie”, that, over time could bias a jury. There is a process that takes place in a courtroom, and that process has been honed over many years to give true justice the ability to prevail. Donald Trump cant just scream “their lying” every time someone says something, the same way that the prosecution can’t yell “HE’s LYING!!!!” When Trump is on the stand. That could bias a jury and you know it. Thats why both sides get a chance to tell their story, and THEN a chance to republicans what the other side said. JFC their are RULES in a court for a reason!

I guarantee with 1,000,000% certainty that if the prosecution started yelling “LYES….HE’s LYING” every time Trump spoke you and yours would be loosing their ever loving minds, and screaming about them “railroading him”. Its just absolutely amazing how all decorum, and all the rules seem to go out the window when the it comes to Trump.

 

Theft becomes legal once elected.
