WaPo: China’s cyber army is invading critical U.S. services

If the Washington Post knows about this, then so should Biden. Biden and his pal just met last month and I'm wondering what Biden said about this if anything at all. This is a big escalation from a spy balloon and is a national security threat.

Those stories are a little old, WaPo's story has today's date and they seem concerned.
