With a border deal hanging in the balance and the Iowa caucuses a month away, Donald Trump amplified his attack on immigrants at a rally in New Hampshire on Saturday.

“They’re poisoning the blood of our country,” the former president said. “They’ve poisoned mental institutions and prisons all over the world. Not just in South America, not just the three or four countries that we think about, but all over the world they’re coming into our country from Africa, from Asia.”

Illegal immigrants are draining the country's resources that should be helping Americans. Republicans refuse to agree to a comprehensive immigration for good reason so Democrats are intentionally allowing illegals to flood the country. This political blackmail that is destroying black communities is backfiring on the Democrats. If Biden wants more aid for Ukraine he will need to secure the border first and not just with more lies the border is secured.

 

Democrats have a Nazi Marxist problem within their own party. They call themselves progressives but they are Democratic Nationalists like Hitler's party. They will shutdown any speech they don't like, any opinions that go against theirs and have not hesitated in going after their political opponents which is what Biden is doing with Trump. All in the name of saving democracy.

They can't because he did all this to himself when he did not want to accept the legal transition of power. And, to top it off he purposefully stole America's National Security secrets.

This is exactly the kind of talk that makes 25% of the country SOO emotionally attached to him. Trump has normalized hate.

Before him, racism, xenophobia, homophobia and hatred of "those who don't think like us" was socially repressed among conservatives.

Trump has made it acceptable to hate anyone who isn't MAGA.

If I had come from the future and traveled to 2015 to tell Americans that in 7 years, an autocrat would be the Republicans' preferred candidate, criminally prosecuted in 4 trials, responsible for rioting to overturn an election and still be at the gates of the WH, I would have been called crazy.

 

The silver lining is the cat is now (emphatically) out of the bag. Voters know exactly what the Trump vote will bring.

I am optimistic but also a little nervous. If there is an economic turn down before end 2024 Trump could lasso in the critical middle ground.

 

What border deal is that? Is it the one where the border stays open and all the illegals your party has allowed in get a fast track to citizenship and voting Democrat?

I am mad as hell about the way Biden has treated the border issue, and so are a lot of other Americans who would surprise you. The illegals are taking benefits away from American citizens who need them. The whole reason for this Democrat - Biden policy has nothing to do with "compassion." It's all about changing the voting demographics for the benefit of the Democrat Party.

 

If it means deporting a lot of these clowns who have no business here, I am all for it.

And don't you come back with a bunch of xenophobic BS. I'm all for immigration in an orderly, fair manner. I have big problems with allowing criminals and terrorists into this country. We also have to limit the numbers in a year so that our public service resources are not overwelmed which is the case now.

I think in principle that's fair enough. In Australia we had to rein in illegal immigration. Boat after boat would flood in, many of them would sink, people would die. I don't know about any of them being clowns and I think most are very decent people willing to contribute to your country.

But you can only take in so many. I hope you can find a more elegant solution than we did. I think there's no place for xenophobia and hatred-talk in the process. I don't think isolationism is a solution either. Far better to try and help your neighbours then people will want to stay on the journey through to US, through central and Southern America.
