And they also said they Palestinians got a right to return.

The plan the Arabs have put up have been put up repeatedly. Israel refuses. Israel also rejected the Oslo accords, since they never committed to removing themselves out of the West Bank. And now the UNGA and the UNSC made Palestine a state and made it international law that no Israeli may live there.
