You mean it used to be OK to lie to the FBI, or only when the lies are for the benefit of the GOP? It's NEW?

You mean that if say Trump gets into office and the left has a witness who can bring him down, Trump can just have him charged and arrested and tell the nation he lied to the FBI when he claims Trump did something wrong and now you can't talk to him?

That precedent. He's gonna love that and so will we going into the future.

You don't have any proof he lied and Weiss hasn't offered any. What Weiss and Biden's DOJ are saying is essentially, "This guy told us Biden did something wrong. But Biden didn't do anything wrong so we are going to charge him with lying to the FBI and he's now under investigation so you can't question him anymore."

That's gonna be fun in the future when it's our turn.

Keep setting those precedents. You're gonna regret it lol

Criminals should be held accountable. That's the only precedent that I'm concerned with.

No. Not only did I not say that, I didn't mean to say that.

    Facts matter. You have none.

All of it. Based on the filings he lied about who he spoke to, what they spoke about and when they spoke.

There's absolutely no evidence that he lied. Read the indictment which I'm sure you haven't done. The indictment asserts that the informant DID meet with Ukraine and Burisma officials in 2015 but they assert WITH NO EVIDENCE that in the meeting what the man said happen didn't happen. Because he's stating that Biden and his son are criminals.

They provide absolutely no evidence for their assertions whatsoever.

This is tantamount to a witness claiming Trump engaged in criminal activity and then Trump charging him with lying to the FBI with ZERO evidence because Trumps DOJ asserts the man didn't hear what he claimed he did.

Furthermore they don't technically refute the allegations against Biden and his son. They just assert that when he was told that was in 2017 after Biden had left office. So that means it's okay lol

A few months ago, MAGA said Weiss was the most honorable prosecutor for charging Hunter. Now its different.

Do you think its right for a president to investigate a political opponents son like Trump did?

Since when has Trump not strong armed any of his detractors, he will primary them, or have any witness intimidated.

Yeah the Weiss who tried to sneak the sweetheart plea deal under the judges nose which would have granted blanket immunity even if more evidence was made public.

Still waiting for that clear simple substantiated explanation of why our worst foreign adversaries were paying them tens of millions. Do you even want to know, don't you even think we SHOULD KNOW???

That’s how all pleas work. Judges don’t work out deals.

Are you following me around and "rebutting" my posts with this made up crap again? That's amusing.

No, that's actually a worse deal than Joe Schmoe would've gotten.

Y'all investigated his children WELL before he investigated Hunter. Did you think that was okay? If so, what's the problem?
