That’s how the bankruptcy laws work. Change the laws.

Listen to Dershowitz above. This will be overturned on appeal.

Trump has the right to an appeal.

His using the adverse ruling as an excuse to blow gas in the media and wee wee up his lickspittles is of no consequence within our judicial system for which he spews contempt.

Did you buy any of his ugly gold sneakers yet? Mango needs your money to afford his appeal.

Trump ordered to pay over $350M for business fraud.

Fraud? No fraud. He was fined for putting values on properties that that an evil partisan AG and judge thought were higher than they should be. It had no effect on anything. There was no victim. Nobody lost anything from it. The banks all made money and want to continue doing business with the Trump Organization. Pure 100% political witch hunt designed to get Trump off the ballot. This was as bad as it gets for a corrupt judicial system. It will hurt the state of New York and New York city in the long run. They deserve it.

There is a large amount of evidence of voter fraud. But since forensic audits were not done there is no proof. One investigative journalist suggested foe sic audits of six cities: Atlanta, Philadelphia, Detroit, Milwaukee, Phoenix, and Las Vegas. If no significant fraud was discovered then call the election fair and move on. Unfortunately this was not done. Hence no proof.

Plus the interest at around 9%, so now we are over 500 million.

Plus, he can't get a loan from any bank in the world that is also registered in the state of NY, which is pretty much every bank in the world, which means that only way to pony up what he needs to pony up in order to appeal this corporate thrashing will be to sell some of his properties.

    Ahm, no.

He broke the law by committing massive fraud, all proven in exquisite detail on paper, over and over and over again.

Apellate bond is between 105-111% percent of the judgement, including interest.

He has until the end of this month to put up the appellate bond for the 83.3 million in the Carroll II civil case.

Not really. A maximum of 2 years on the average, and only if he can post the appellate bond.

Oh, wait, maybe you are right....

Not only that, almost no bank in the world is even allowed to loan him money. The judgement also says that no bank that is registered in NY can do business with him, and that's pretty much every bank in the world.

    But it wasn't politicized.

He committed fraud on an astonishing scale, all of it acribically recorded. It's his business, he's the boss, he calls the shots, the fraud is his doing. Fraud is NEVER a victimless crime.

    OR

He may lose his marbles and threaten the Judge's life and then the judge can throw him in jail right now.

There are criminal ramifications to threatening a judge after a judgement, regardless whether it is civil or criminal.

But Trump is just too stupid to realize this.

Sorry you fell for it. What is a fraud without a victim? Nobody was defrauded. Get hold of yourself. And, no, the judge can't throw him in jail. This action was civil not criminal. Get hold of yourself.

The problem is that the left considers count audits to be an investigation. The problem wasn't the counts. The problem was whether the ballots that were counted were free of fraud. No investigation, no proof. Actually I'm glad they didn't investigate. It would have harmed the nation regardless of the outcome. I only hope that the states clean up the policies they put in place in 2020.
