Judge Murchen imposed a gag order that prevents Trump from criticizing court officials, jurors and prospective jurors. But excluded himself and his family from the order. Some have called this a "loophole". It was more likely done on purpose, but boy!... has Trump REALLY taken advantage of it. Yesterday he attacked the judge's daughter personally. This is the fourth time he has done that. Now think... if you were on trial, and you believe the judge is dishonest, would YOU publicly attack his daughter? It's very easy to believe that Trump is too stupid to realize the many ways in which the judge, if he's corrupt, could make him pay for it. But even Trump can't be THAT stupid. What would he accomplish? In fact, if you believe the WHOLE judicial system is corrupt, you'd be getting yourself on the wrong side of corrupt judges. So what do you think is the plan?
The judge's daughter attacked Trump. If she wants to play games, she better be able to take it as well as she dishes out.
I don't know what you're talking about but she is NOT a public figure. Trump is. And she is not being indicted, Trump is. Private citizens can and SHOULD attack Presidential candidates any time they feel they have to. It's what citizens DO. But Trump would attack a PRIVATE citizen and daughter of the judge overseeing his case only if either he believed the judge is too honest to get back at him OR if he's stupid OR if he expects his cult-followers to take the matter into their own hands (like they did with Paul Pelosi).... Or all three... Any other possible reasons?
She injected herself into the public scene. She made herself fair game for criticism. Trump is a private citizen. He can attack anyone he wants, too.
No he can't. But he can attack the judges daughter. But doing that means he trusts that will not affect the judge's decisions. Which means that Trump trusts the judge's honesty.
Are you saying that Trump violating the gag order should not affect the judge's decision on the punishment for said violation? Does that actually make sense to you?
Would YOU risk going to prison by attacking the daughter of a judge YOU believe shouldn't be a judge? So Trump must really trust this judge's integrity.
If mean publicly criticizing the judge's daughter, I shouldn't have to worry about going to prison for that. Right?
Right. So now you know that Trump doesn't believe that he's crooked. It shows great support for our judicial system. Even though the judge might not like it.
The difference is that the daughter does not have an angry mob of retards in her corner. Trump does. He can just “January 6th” her if he doesn’t like what she is saying about him.
That isn't true. There are millions of Leftist, anti-Trump Democrats in her corner. A lot of the are members of the government and they will be sitting on juries that will judge Trump's guilt and innocence. She has plenty of angry retards in her corner.
