I’d like to hear their takes on Avenatti’s offer.

 

Quite a few legal minds think that David Pecker from The National Enquirer should/may be the first of the prosecution's witnesses. He can lay the foundation of the "catch & kill" and the Aug.2015 meeting between Trump/Cohen and Pecker at the Trump Tower and go from there with all the correspondence,contracts/ NDAs/ payoffs etc.

Besides the C&K the Enquirer would post bogus stories about opposing presidential candidates.

My absolute favorite one is that Ted Cruz's father was in cahoots with Osgood and the assassination of JFK and Trump actually called into Fox to tell them about Raphael Cruz and he couldn't understand why it wasn't headline news because there even was photos of him.

Trump's lawyers will not be told by Bragg's team until Sunday night who their 1st witness will be.

For what do you think Bragg is basing his case on. The staute of limitations ran out on the record keeping misdemeanor years ago. They only way Bragg can prosecute is it was dine to facilitate a FELONY.
