Those are essentially the disparate, binary ways to interpret the legal actions taken against the large, orange fraudster. Even more so now that he has been named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the MI and AZ fake elector cases. Giuliani charged in Arizona case; Trump an unindicted co-conspirator https://www.reuters.com/world/us/gr...ake-elector-scheme-re-elect-trump-2024-04-24/ On one side of the argument there are those experiencing cognitive dissonance resulting from their belief, instilled in them by Don's fervent, batshyte crazy plea, that "I did nothing wrong." An all encompassing claim of innocence wiping away in a single sentence 88 detailed criminal indictments. On the other side there are those who are experiencing the reality of what the judicial system looks like when it is working, when it responds to clear cut violations of law. The more it works, the more it is besieged by accusations of bias, overreach, and as Don would say, being "very, very unfair." Boiled down to their essence only one of these views can be true. Either you believe, what frankly sounds like paranoid delusion, the notion of a grand conspiracy involving people like random private citizens acting as grand jurors who recommended indictments, or you do not. Either you believe gag orders imposed to stop attacks on members of the judicial system and their families are justified, or you do not. Either you believe virtually our entire system of justice has corrupted itself by fabricating charges against Individual 1 in the pursuit of a political agenda, or you do not. The difficulty for Trump supporters in rejecting the Capt. Queeg-esque grand conspiracy theory of persecution is how it affects their entire belief system regarding Dear Leader. Because once they allow for the possibility, not necessarily that Trump is guilty, but that a system made up of individual, unconnected parts is responding appropriately, then something unwanted happens. They are forced to entertain the idea the Wizard of Trumpworld isn't a wizard at all. He's a very flawed man behind a curtain.
Looks like we are not done seeing more and more new indictments against Trump. I don't know how to describe the denial that Trump is a criminal in a way that would not conflict with forum rules. However, it is clearly stated in every other channel available: news, social media, ... even some politicians (Biden is one, but also even some Republicans) have stated publicly what we shan't utter here.
The left will not rest until arrogant pompous gas bag trump is jailed, bankrupt and broken. He dared challenge hillary after she had been promised the throne and he will be made an example for anyone who might think they want to challenge liberals in the future.
If the various prosecutions judged by juries and authorized by private citizens results in convictions and jail sentences for said gasbag so be it.
No crying Lee when these same tactics are used on Democrat politicians. M-kay? Like always, radicalism within the left is going to take this country down a dark road because typical Democrat supports are unable to see the forest for the trees. Short sighted. No crying. Right?
So Trump is completely innocent of all charges? So, with the entire legal profession in the US and likely the world, watching all these cases, somehow all these AGs, prosecutors, and judges have been able to get away with all these fake charges? Oh let me guess….the entire legal profession is in on it. That must be it. One grand conspiracy.
The question remains, given the 40 plus investigations on trump with (for now) no criminal convictions: Is trump truly that innocent or are his persecutors that incompetent? I submit the answer is yes.
You can't have a conviction without a trial. With the exception of the hush money case Don has been successful in delaying the start of the others.
Well .. Lee .. the witch hunt will be producing many trials .. perhaps the Kangaroo Clown Show will manage a few convictions out of it .. cause that's how things work in the Fascist 3rd world Justice system.
I see a few liberal moron AG's charging Trump with crimes. I see a few well-known lawyers, one being an admitted liberal, saying the charges are bogus. If Trump is found guilty (it's possible, OJ was found not guilty) and a NY jury could certainly find him guilty, then he will appeal and win.
And you would deny trump the legal rights and process afforded every other American? The man ha been under investigation literally since the moment he came down the escalator, 8 years.
My question would be this: why are all of these prosecutions taken place once he started running for president? Why not prosecute him before he announced his run for president or wait till after the election? Further, if Trump is truly guilty, why are many of these cases being held in deep-blue parts of the country where the chances of him getting a fair trial are slim to none? For example, in Manhattan, Biden won 86% of the vote. And Biden won 92% of the vote in Washington D.C. If the case against Trump is truly impossible to argue against, why not hold them at least in purple parts of the country? Why hold them in areas in which they hate Trump and thus the outcome is essentially predetermined?
you mean like Stormy's lawyer.... don't do the crime if can't do the time guess Trump is to blame for that as if was the Trump FBI taping his phones the truth is, if you're committing crimes, stay on the down low, or you're prob gonna get caught
You either believe in law and order or you don't. If you do, it shouldn't matter what consonant is beside a person's name when they break the law. And if there is a mountain of evidence to prove the law breaking, I trust our criminal justice system. Do you?
Anyone can have charges brought against them if they are investigated with a microscope. Just like if a cop car starts following you they will soon find a reason to pull you over and give you a ticket.
Nah. It isnt that black and white. That perspective is used to avoid the ability to use the jusicial system to drive political agendas. Like I said before, if Trump is guilty he should pay the price or serve time. HOWEVER... there better be absolutley no bitching and moaning when every single Democrat is subject to endless investigations driven soley by partisan ambitions of their political foes. Sure. Yes. When can we start all the investigations? The DOJ on crack. Let's go! Start with insider trading by Pelosi. Or how Biden became a multi-millionaire on a congressional salary. Instead of hiring all those IRS agents, let's hire investigators in the DOJ and start investigations on every Democrat member of congress. I mean, in the interest of law and order right? Investigate each Democrat going back 40 years. Right? No limits, only against Democrats. Let's go! Law and Order!
I wouldn't. He has been afforded the right to defend himself against any and all indictments. If anything he has an advantage over most people in doing so because thousands of rubes are donating money for his defense.
We don't have to wait for that to happen. It's already begun. House approves impeachment inquiry into President Biden as Republicans rally behind investigation https://apnews.com/article/joe-bide...mike-johnson-94884b322da40ca9315ac5f4e73a3e86
Then we're on the same page. If there is an issue that needs investigation, it should be investigated. Regardless of party. I assure you, I won't whine about Dems being investigated if it is warranted.
Wow. You really hate trump! Try to keep that in mind as you judge trump and everything connected to trump. It might open your eyes to a whole brave new world where facts are not shaded by opinion.
